Monitoring And Comprehensive Prevention And Control Of Major Epidemic Diseases In Pig Farms

In recent years,the scale and density of pig farms have been increasing,and the breeding environment has been deteriorating,so,great challenges have been posed to the prevention and control of pig disease.CSFV,HP-PRRSV,PRV and such epidemic disease which our country is current facing the most important infectious diseases are inhibitory immune disease.Once the infection will erupt popular in the immune inappropriate susceptible pigs,and from generation to generation in large-scale pig farms.If it is widely spread,the pig disease and even whole pig industry will be a devastating blow.Therefore,we should be fully aware of the severity and complexity of pig diseases in China,especially in our province,and deeply understand the great impact of pig diseases on the healthy development of the pig industry.In China,pig disease always restricts the production level of pig industry.In order to completely solving the risk of major epidemic diseases in the pig industry,and reducing the loss caused by the epidemic diseases to the maximum extent,the core of breeding herd must grab from swine source to take the lead in implementing major disease surveillance,risk assessment,early warning and comprehensive prevention and control system,which is both before pig disease prevention and control work of a very urgent and important task,and is a fundamentally improve the state of pig disease occurrence and popular in our country,to ensure food safety,the only way to promote the healthy development of pig industry.By RT-PCR /PCR and histopathological methods,the cause of death in the pig farm was detected to be infection of three pathogens: CSFV,HP-PRRSV,PRV.Through antibody detection,it is found that the immune program design in this field is not reasonable.After a thorough understanding of the pig farm,it was found that the biosafety system was not sound.Based on the analysis of laboratory test data and the experience of pig farms with better biological safety,the original immune program was adjusted and optimized,and the biological safety system was improved,and the immune positive rate and antibody average value of swine fever,blue-ear disease and pig pseudorabies were improved,and the infection rate of pseudorabies was reduced.The antibody test of CSFV showed that the positive rate of fattening pigs increased from75% to 85% after adjusting the immune procedure,the average of blocking rate increased from 65% to 79.74%,and the dispersion degree also decreased.The positive rate of conserving pigs increased from 50% to 95%,the average blocking rate increased from43.62% to 57.26%,and the dispersion degree decreased.The PRRSV antibody test showed that the PRRS developed from the original non-immune disease to the present stable pig population with less dispersion.The antibody test of PRV showed that the infection rate of pig pseudorabies was very high before the adjustment of immunity program,the positive rate of sow and nurse pig was 100%,the positive rate of boar was 40%,and the positive rate of fattening pig was 40%.After adjusting the immunization procedure,the positive rate of sows infection decreased to 45%,the positive rate of nursery pigs to 70%,the positive rate of boars to 20% and the positive rate of fattening pigs to 10%.Through the dynamic monitoring of CSFV,PRRSV and PRV,the sound epidemic prevention system,scientific immunization procedures,strict disinfection system,standardized breeding and management of serialized disease prevention and control system has been established.there also has been Improved the immunological qualification rate of pig disease,reduced the infection of pathogen,and improved the production level of pig farm.The methods of disease monitoring and comprehensive prevention and control in this field have certain reference value for the improvement of production efficiency of large-scale pig farms and disease prevention.
