The test were conducted at the Dongyang and Hecun sites from April to November 2017.Dafeng 30,Qiangsheng 51 and Dongdan 2008 were selected as test crops.The key "cultivation factors" of maize were studied using the "space addition and subtraction" test in the field.The effects of density,nitrogen fertilizer,plastic film,supplementary irrigation and their combination on the soil moisture content,physiological characteristics and grain yield during the growth period of maize were optimized in order to optimize the combination of cultivation factors suitable for planting in Dongyang and Hecun areas(1)The experiments in Dongyang Hehe Village showed that the optimal combination(O1)corn was Dafeng 30,the planting density was 5000 plants/mu,the application of nitrogen fertilizer was 20 kg/mu,and the supplementary irrigation water was 40 m3,and the cultivation mode of film treatment could effectively increase the soil moisture content.For the corn growth period to provide adequate water,is conducive to corn growth and development.(2)The experiments showed that the height of the 12 treatment maize plants are increasing progressively with the growth period,and the growth of the optimized combination treatment is the largest in Dongyang and Hecun.Overall,the O combination maize growth is relatively better than the C combination.(3)Analysis of relevant data shows that the level of corn leaf area is directly related to the level of grain yield,and has a positive correlation.The selection of good growing varieties,suitable sowing density,and a certain amount of fertilizer,water and film insulation cultivation methods It can promote the favorable growth and development of crops,which is conducive to the improvement of yield.The Dongyang region's optimized portfolio has the highest yield and growth.The use of different planting densities for different maize varieties has an impact on the growth of corn,and whether the land is covered with plastic film will also affect corn growth.The grain yield of 05-supplementation treatment in Hecun area was the highest,which was higher than that of optimized combination treatment.The grain yield of C5+ supplemental irrigation treatment was lower than the optimized combination treatment.Therefore,the selection of cultivation factors must be combined with the specific analysis of each area.(3)In Dongyang area,the nutrient content of corn plants at different maturation stages was different,and there was little difference in accumulation of organs between treatments.The total nitrogen content of the 12 treated plants was the highest in grain accumulation.The distribution of total nitrogen in different organs during the maturation stage of maize in Hecun was different.The accumulation of total nitrogen in grains was highest in all O combinations and C1,C2,C3,and C6 treatments in mature maize plants,followed by The contents of stems and leaves and cobs were the least;in the mature period of maize,the total phosphorus content in the plant was in addition to C4 and C5 treatments.The accumulation of total phosphorus in grains was higher in stems and cobs than in corn.In addition to the C4 and C5 treatments,the potassium accumulation in grains was lower,and all treatments were lower than in other organs.03 and C6-treated plants had total phosphorus accumulation in the rachis relative to other organs.
