By researching and investigating,16 genera in 5 orders of nematodes were discovered in 213 pine rhizosphere soil samples from Datong,Taiyuan,Lvliang,Jinzhong,Linfen and Jincheng.We could only identify the genera of nematodes owing to the limited condition,which were Rhabditis,Tylenchus,Dorylaimus,Aphelenchus,Paraphelenchus,Aphelenchoides,Cephalobus,Tylenchorhynchus,Eucephalobus,Xiphinema,Longidorus,Pratylenchus,Helicotylenchus,Meloidogyne,Paratylenchus and Mononchus.12 genera were from Jincheng,14 genera from Linfen,Lvliang and Taiyuan and 15 genera were from Jinzhong and Datong.Although no difference was observed among the nematode communities from Jincheng and Linfen,they were significantly different from that of Lvliang,Jinzhong,Datong and Taiyuan in diversity,richness and Simpson evenness(P=0.05,P=0.01).We also found that the index of diversity,richness and Simpson evenness of soil samples from Jinzhong were very high and the soil samples were in good health with health index more than 1.The suspicious nematodes of the suspicious samples among 213 soil samples were made into slices after Seihorst dehydration to observe and measure morphological characteristics under a microscope.We also made phylogenetic analysis of rDNA-ITS1 and 28S after amplifying and sequencing.The result of morphological identification and rDNA analysis showed that 11 soil samples contained nematodes identified as virus vector by the national inspection agency,which were X.Brevicollum,X.Americanum and X.Index.
