| In Shanxi Province radish is one of the main vegetable crops,the cultivation area has stabilized at about 13,300 hm2.in recent years.With the development and improvement of domestic varieties and the introduction of foreign varieties,the balanced supply of annual cultivars,the contradiction between the supply market and the busy season has turned into a higher demand for product quality.Black rot is one of the major factors affecting the commercial quality of radish in production.The black rot of radish not only reduces the yield,but also seriously affects the commercial quality of the fleshy root.According to the requirements of the development of radish industry and market demand,combined with the basis of work,to determine the quality and disease resistance is the current breeding goal.Therefore,the existing breeding materials are sorted out to collect excellent disease-resistance resources at home and abroad;these materials are subjected to anti-black rot identification and screening,and then materials resistant to black rot and excellent comprehensive traits are selected to enrich the germplasm resources of radish in China.The provision of germplasm resources for the selection and breeding of disease-resistant varieties is the demand for the safe production of vegetables today,and it is also the demand for the development of the radish industry.In this paper,the resistance of three kinds of radish germplasm resources to black rot was studied through three different seedling ages and four different bacterial concentrations.The results showed that the radish was in the 5-6 leaf stage,and the concentration of the radish was 1.0×108 cfu/The resistance of black rot of radish germplasm resource materials can be accurately identified by inoculating with light in the temperature range of 25~28℃ in the light culture room.In this way,30 different types of radish germplasm resources can be blacked out.Rot resistance identification,classification.2 high-resistant materials,11 resistant materials,9 medium-resistance materials and 8 susceptible materials were screened;these materials were used to select radish inbred lines,sterile lines,and test combinations and identification of hybrid combinations.Two cross combinations B3×S3 and B12×A5 with good traits were screened out.Then the cultivar comparison and regional tests were carried out.Finally,these two cross combinations were identified as high yield,good quality,and strong resistance to diseases.Good uniformity and excellent comprehensive traits can be further promoted and applied. |
