| The experiment took "xinghai 12" tomato as the research object,studied the effects of increased CO2 on the quality of tomato ripening process through 4 different concentrations of CO2(400 μmol.mol-1、600μmol.mol-1 800 μmol.mol-1 1000 μmol.mol-1)treatment,and explored the optimal CO2 fertilization concentration in greenhouse tomato cultivation.At the same time of tomato CO2 fertilizer,spraying 4 different concentrations of sodium selenite(0 mg.L.-1、2 mg.L-1 4 mg.L-’、6 mg.L-1),the study of CO2 fertilization on tomato selenium accumulation and the influence of both against each fruit quality.The main research results are as follows:1.The CO2 concentrations in the compartments were:400 μmol.mol-1,600 μmol.mol-1(T1)、800μmol.mol-1 1000 μmol.mol-1.Results show that compared with the controlled atmosphere concentration,in 600μmol.mol-1、800 μmol.mol-1、1000μmol.mol-1 tomato when ripe tomatoes in the soluble solids content increased by 27.94%,29.41%and 16.18%,respectively,soluble sugar content were increased by 31.74%,31.74%and 27.50%,vitamin C content increased by 46.59%,79.27%and 38.930%,respectively,in lycopene,which increased by 28.20%,28.20%and 87.10%respectively,and the content of titratable acid was reduced by 6.35%,22.22%,34.92%respectively.Result:CO2 fertilization can significantly improve the quality of tomato,in 800μmol.mol-1.2.Under the same CO2 condition,the leaf surface was sprayed with selenium,the contents of total selenium and organic selenium in tomato fruit increased with the increase of selenium concentration,and when the concentration of selenium is the same,with the increase of CO2 concentration,both total selenium and organic selenium in tomato fruit increased significantly,the effect of 800μmol.mol-1 treatment is the best.This experiment was conducted to study the effects of CO2 on selenium accumulation and transformation in tomato,the main nutrient contents of mature fruits under different combinations of CO2 and sodium nitrite were also compared.The results showed that the application of selenium and CO2 alone and the combination of selenium and CO2 could improve the nutritional quality of tomato.The content of vitamin C,lycopene and soluble sugar in fruit increased significantly when the concentration of T2L3(CO2 was 800mol.mol-1 and the concentration of selenium was 6mg/kg).When the concentration of T3L2(CO2 is 1000mol.mol-1 and the concentration of selenium is 4 mg/kg),the ratio of sugar to acid is higher. |
