In this study,the soil of Yimin mining area in Inner Mongolia was selected as the research object.The indigenous forage Elymus were selected as the test materials.Through pot experiments,the different application rates of the mycorrhizal fungi and the application of lignite and active lignite to the soil of the mining area and the growth of Elymus.were studied.In order to determine the optimal application amount of mycorrhizal fungi,a community trial was conducted to study the mycorrhizal fungi and activity under three different planting methods(planar spreading,high and low ridge propagation,and high and low ridge film spreading).The effect of lignite co-application on soil reclamation in the mining area is to screen the application amount of the optimum arbuscular mycorrhizal agent and the optimal combination of planting patterns for soil reclamation in the mining area.The test results are as followsPot experiment(1)The combination of mycorrhizal fungi with lignite and active lignite can promote Elymus growth.When different doses of mycorrhizal fungi were used together with 1500 kg/hm2 of active lignite,the plant height,root length,dry weight of ground part and dry weight of above ground part of' Elymus macrophylla when the application amount of mycorrhizal fungi was less than 225 kg/hm2 The mycorrhizal infection density,mycorrhizal infection rate and arbuscular branch abundance all increased with the increase of the mycorrhizal fungicides dosage.When the mycorrhizal fungicides dosage was 225 kg/hm2,compared with the CK2 with active lignite alone,They increased by 46.03%,19.12%,70.5%,58.34%,67.22%,60.72%and 61.72%,respectively.At the same time,the contents of NPK in Elymus macrophylla were highest,and the amount of mycorrhizal fungi was higher than 225 kg/hm2.At the effect of promoting Elymus growth is no longer apparent.The results of the application of mycorrhizal fungi and active lignite were similar to those of mycorrhizal fungi and lignite(2)The soil pH,available nitrogen and available potassium of mycorrhizal fungi combined with lignite and active lignite did not change significantly.With the increase of mycorrhizal microbial agent dosage,the soil cation exchange capacity increased continuously,and both soil available phosphorus and organic matter presented first.After the increase,the soil available phosphorus reached the highest level when the amount of mycorrhizal fungi was 225 kg/hm2,while the soil organic matter content reached the highest level when the amount was 150 kg/hm2.Mycorrhizal fungi can greatly increase the amount of soil microorganisms.When the amount of mycorrhizal fungi is 225kg/hm2?300kg/hm2,the number of microorganisms reaches a maximum.For the impact of the combined mycorrhizal fungi on potted plants and soil and economic benefits,the combination of 225 kg/hm2 of mycorrhizal fungi and 1500 kg/hm2 of active lignite was the most suitable soil improvement program.Community experiment(3)The plant height,root length,dry weight of aboveground part,dry weight under ground,plant nutrient content of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium were significantly higher than those of other treatments with and without mycorrhizal fungi.Compared with sowing on the plane of spraying,they increased by 62.86%,41.01%,174.57%,137.34%,71.83%,41.61%,and 31.46%,respectively;the infestation effect of non-sterilized planar spreading was almost zero,and the coverage of high and low ridges was high.The mycorrhizal infection density,infestation rate,and arbuscular abundance of the sown in mycorrhizal fungi and active lignite were significantly higher than those of non-fermented planar sowing,indicating that this combination model had a good effect on vegetation recovery in Yimin mining area.(4)Soil pH under different planting patterns did not change significantly;Soil moisture,soil alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,organic matter,soil alkaline phosphatase activity under the combined application of mycorrhizal fungi and active lignite with high and low ridge mulching The total amount of microbial biomass P and microbial PLFA was the highest,which was 20%,68.75 mg/kg,28.61 mg/kg,162.57 mg/kg,23.17 g/kg,48.334 ng/g,58.4 mg/kg,4312.474 ng/g,respectively.This shows that this combination model has the most obvious effect on soil improvement in mining areas.Comprehensive pot experiment and plot experiment,in the study of this experiment,the combined mode of high and low ridge mulching sowing,mycorrhizal fungi dosage of 225kg/hm2 and active lignite dosage of 1500kg/hm2 combined mode,the effect of soil reclamation in Yimin mining area Best,it can be used for long-term soil reclamation test in Yinmin mining area.
