Pepper Phytophthora Blight is a devastating soil borne disease caused by Phytophthora capsici,which can cause serious economic losses,however,there are still some difficulties in the application.It is an environmentally friendly and effective method to control Phytophthora capsici with antagonistic microorganisms,which achieve an excellent progress relatively.Based on the screening of spore bacteria,Trichoderma spp.and Echinococcus spp.,which had better inhibitory effect on Phytophthora capsici in the previous study,the control effect of three microorganisms on Phytophthora capsici was explored by pot experiment and soil cultivation experiment.Through the determination of multiple chemical and microbial indicators,primary classification of 3 microorganisms' effects on the soil properties was carried out to provide the new ideas and sources for the study on the mechanism of using beneficial microorganisms to control Pepper Blight.The bacterium was selected form BB1(Bacillus siamensis),BB2(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens),L3(Bacillus subtilis),BS211(Bacillus subtilis),whose prevention and control effects on Pepper Phytophthora Blight were compared.The results showed that treatment group of BB1 and BB2 achieved good results,whose control efficiency reached 30.59% and 64.74%,respectively.The total dry weight and plant height of pepper reached more than twice that of CK2.Result of dilution separation showed that BB1 and BB2 were dominant in population quantity and could colonize stably in rhizosphere soil of hot pepper.Fungi were selected from TV41(Trichoderma viride),TB2(Trichoderma longibrachiatum),BAS1(Aspergillus aculeatus)and BAS2(Aspergillus niger),whose prevention and control effects on Pepper Phytophthora Blight were compared.The results showed that TB2,TV41 and BAS1 all had good effects,with the control efficiency reaching 43.53%,30.59% and 31.76% respectively.On dry weight of pepper,TV41 and BAS1 reached more than two times as much as CK2,while close three times as much as TB2.Dilution seperation showed that two Trichoderma species had more advantages than BAS1 in colonization.According to the test results of bacteria and fungi,microbial inoculum were mixed.A total of 5 experimental groups were set up,namely BB1BB2,TB2TV41,BAS1BAS2,BB1BB2BAS1BAS2 and BB1BB2TB2TV41.All the results showed that the effect of the compound was not as good as that of the single strain,which might be due to the antagonistic effect between the strains.
