This experiment was conducted to investigate effects of different CP and CHO level feeds on the growth, body shape, some blood physiological-biochemical index, digestive enzyme activities and body component of grass carp.Explore large size grass carp of protein and carbohydrate requirements and carbohydrates whether can save the effect of protein, ascertain the suitable protein/carbohydrate feed of grass carp, perfect the large size grass carp nutritional requirements standard, for the development of efficient, environmental protection and safety of large size feeds for grass carp to provide theoretical basis.Experiment 1:puffed feed and grain feed on grass carp growth performanceThis experiment was conducted to investigate effects of puffed feed and grain feed on the growth, digestive enzymes and muscle composition of grass carp.Experiment used commercial formula feed for the control group(pellet feed control,CP30%,D1;expanded feed control,CP28%,D2).Experimental design two groups, each groups set three parallel, and selection of grass carp(initial average weight of 0.4±0.01 Kg)were randomly divided into six cages(2m*2m*2m),each group of three repeat(tail)30 per area, feed 2 times a day,and keep 120 days. The results are summarized as follows:weight gain rate of grass carp fed with expanded feed were higher than fed with pellet feed, and feed conversion ratio were lower.Fullness,viscera/body ratio and liver/body ratio of expanded feed group were slightly higher than the pellet feed group, but fullness in the normal range 1.8-2.2.The content of glucose, triglyceride, cholesterol and CAT activity in serum of expanded feed group all were higher than these of pellet feed group, but activity of digestive enzymes were lower. The grass carp crud protein of expanded feed group slightly lower than the pellet feed group, but the crud lipid were slightly higher. To be sure, expanded feed was conducive to the growth of grass carp.Experiment 2:Effects of different protein and carbohydrate level feeds on growth of grass carp growth performanceThis experiment was conducted to investigate effects of different CP and CHO level feeds on the growth, digestive enzymes and muscle composition of grass carp.Seven kinds of feeds with different level of protein/carbohydrate made with soybean meal wheat and corn protein powder as the main source of protein, soybean oil as the main source of fat, these were D1(30/45)、D2(28/47)、D3(26/49)、D4(24/51)、D5(22/53)、D6(20/55)and D7(18/57),experimental treatment was as experimentl. The results are summarized as follows:grass carp survival rate of D3(236.9%)was significantly higher than groups of D6,D7(p<0.05),but significantly lower than D1(p<0.05),and no significant differences with other groups(p>0.05).Specific growth rate of D3 group was significantly higher than groups of D4,D5,D6 and D7(p<0.05),but no significant differences with D2,D3(p>0.05).Feed conversion ratio of D3 significantly lower than D6,D7(p<0.05),and higher than D1(p<0.05),but no significant differences with other groups. The result showed that the trend of viscera/body ratio and content of cholesterol increased at first and then decreased, but the trend of liver/body ratio and VR showed contrary. The activity of CAT,ALT,AST in liver and the intestinal amylase activities showed the trend of significantly increased(p<0.05),but the activities of protease significantly decreased(p<0.05).Fed with different CP and CHO level showed on affect on the moisture of carp in live and muscle(p>0.05).Muscle lipid of D3,D4,and D5 were no significant differences with other groups.Muscle glycogen content of D4,D5 significantly higher than other groups(p<0.05).The content of liver lipid and hepatic glycogen was on the rise(p<0.05).Experiment results showed suitable for protein and sugar than is 26/49,at this point, the CHO on the protein has a certain role in saving.
