| In this experiment,the first crop of heading Sorghum sudanense CV Xinsu No.2 as the research object,without adding formaldehyde(A)has been opened,without adding formaldehyde opened after 30 min seal(a,hereinafter referred to as the"no added formaldehyde opened 30min/d),formaldehyde(B)has been opened after 30 min of formaldehyde,opening seal(B,hereinafter referred to as the"formaldehyde opened 30 min/d)4 treatment group;Each treatment group respectively in zeroth,after opening 3,8,15,20 d sampling,sensory index,fermentation quality,nutrition,microbial colonies as index of silage were measured and analyzed,and research methods of adding formaldehyde inhibited after storage of different opening new No.2 Sorghum sudanense silage two the effect of fermentation and the ideal,for the new No.2 Sorghum sudanense silage production and improve the utilization rate of reference.Experimental results show:Each treatment group the score of sensory evaluation with prolonging storage time after opening,a declining trend in color,smell and texture rating from"excellent"to"general";a,scores of B treatment in addition to zeroth days and has opened the same treatment group,in the other sampling time,respectively than 1-3 the corresponding A,B;B,sensory evaluation score B treatment was lower than that of the corresponding non formaldehyde group 1-4.With the extension of storage time after opening,each treatment group of pH value,the concentration of NH3-N,acetic acid(Acetic acid)content gradually increased(P<0.01),and lactate(Lactic acid)content decreased(P<0.01);a treatment and B treatment pH value,NH3-N concentration and acetic acid content were lower A,B,a and A treatments,and the content of lactic acid were higher than the corresponding A,B and A,a.The treatment group of DM,CP,EE content increased with storage time after the opening,a downward trend(P<0.01),and Ash,NDF,ADF content increased with storage time after opening,increased(P<0.01),the changes of Ca and P showed no regularity;a,B,B and B the DM CP,EE,A,B and A were higher than a treatment,respectively,while Ash,NDF,ADF content were less than A,B and A,a processing and the changes of Ca and P showed no regularity.The total number of lactic acid bacteria colonies of each treatment group decreased,decreased from 1×106 CFU/g level to 1×104 level CFU/g,when the opening of each treatment group was not detected in the mold,with the extension of storage time after opening,the total number of fungal colonies in each treatment group had an increasing trend,from 1×104 CFU/g the level increased to 1×105CFU/g;B processing and processing of lactic acid bacteria colonies were higher than that of A,B and A,a processing,and mold the total number of colonies were lower than those of the corresponding A,B and A,a.In a word,has great influence on whether to add formaldehyde and after storage of different opening Sorghum sudanense CV Xinsu No.2 silage quality.After sampling opening sealing treatment of each index is better than it has been added,the indicator is better than formaldehyde treatment without adding formaldehyde treatment,opening 30 min/d formaldehyde treatment can effectively inhibit the Sorghum sudanense CV Xinsu No.2 silage fermentation two. |
