Aphis gossypii Glover is an important pest of the genus Cucurbitaceae vegetable. In recent years, due to the frequent over-use of chemical pesticides, the sensitivity of A.gossypii to imidacloprid has decreased. In some areas,A.gossypii has different resistant degree to cyhalothrin and imidacloprid. In order to further understand the resistance of A.gossypii and provide scientific basis for effective control of the insect pest. This paper monitors the resistance of 20 populations of A.gossypii to imidacloprid,lambda-cyhalothrin and acetamiprid in Shandong Province, respectively, and analyzed the temporal and spatial characteristics of the resistance of A.gossypii to the insecticides.Based on the sensitivity of A.gossypii to imidacloprid and other insecticides, the rapid insecticide selection technology was explored by using the method of population level bioassay, and the insecticide selection kit was preliminarily developed in this study. The main results are as follows:1.Resistance detection of 20 populations of A.gossypii to imidacloprid,beta-cypermethrin and acetamiprid in Shandong ProvinceThe resistance of 20 populations of A.gossypii in Shandong Province to imidacloprid,beta-cypermethrin and acetamiprid were detected, respectively. It was found that the resistance levels of the three insecticides in the different A.gossypii populations were different, and the resistance levels of the same A.gossypii population to the three pesticides were also significant different.Compared with sensitive populations, all the 18 populations of A.gossypii developed different degrees of resistance to imidacloprid, among them two populations showed moderate resistance, nine showed low resistance, and seven showed decreased sensitivity.Tweleve populations developed resistance to beta-cypermethrin,five populations showed moderate resistance and five showed decreased sensitivity.Thirteen populations showed no resistance to chlordimeform, two populations showed moderate resistance, two populations showed low resistance, and three populations showed decreased sensitivity.2.Rapid insecticide selection technology and kitUsing a population level bioassay, the Tai'an population,Laiwu population,Jinan population,Jining population and Zaozhuang population of A.gossypii were determined by membrane methods. The LC90 of imidacloprid, acetamiprid, and beta-cypermethrin was determined, and the maximum value was used as the kit for the detection of three kits.
