This article uses the big data of large-scale pig farms to carry out research on production data management system and scale pig farm data application through four aspects.Through analysis of production performance of 3129 litter sows in 100 pig farms in China for 3 years, the relationship between litter size and piglet production performance was discussed. The pregnancy was studied by measuring 1222 times of backing in different reproductive stages. The variation of the thickness of the sow's back-fat,the litter size of the sow and the change of the back-fat during the lactation period;the four varieties of Yorkshire,Landrace,Duroc and Pietrain were taken as the research objects, and a comparative analysis of number of piglets of different breeds and piglet production performance of 3806 sows was carried out:Based on the basic production data of 122 scale pig farms over two years were counted and processed to analyze PSY's major influencing factors.,A comparative analysis of the litter size of sows difference and the performance of piglets showed that the litter size, the number of live litters, the weight of born piglets, the body weight of born piglets, and the death rate were extremely significant, and with the increase in litter size, the number of born piglets increased. The body weight gradually decreased, and the death rate gradually increased(P<0.001).When the litter size was constant, the number of live litter and the rate of panning were directly affected by birth weight, and the death rate decreased with the increase of birth weight of piglets(P<0.001)When the born weight of piglets is less than 600 g,the death rate is as high as 35%,and the death rate is still above 21.6% in the 700-799 g range. When the weight is above 1200 g,the death rate is below 10%.The study on the variation of back-fat thickness in different reproductive stages sows showed that the thickness of back-fat at different stages of pregnant sows was significantly different(P<0.001).With the increase of parity, the thickness of back-fat of pregnant sowsincreased at different stages, which was most obvious at 31~70d.With the increase of gestational age,the back-fat thickness of pregnant sows showed an increasing trend, and the back-fat thickness of 96 ~ 120 days was the highest. There was no significant difference in the thickness of back-fat between different stages of pregnant sows in different seasons(P>0.05).The study on the variation of litter size difference and lactation during sows showed that the data collected, the number of live litters, the weight of birth, the body weight of born piglets, the back-fat of the bed,the weaning sows back-fat were analyzed, and the litter size and lactation of the sows were analyzed.During the period of variation, the number of live piglets, the birth weight, the birth body weight, the weaning sows back-fat,and the average parity are significantly different(P<0.05).The number of live litters, birth weight, and average parity showed an increasing trend, while the body weight of born piglets, the back-up and the weaning sows back-fat showed a decreasing trend. When the litter size was 6 ~ 8,the back-fat variation of sows was the least. The comparison of the litter size of different breeds and the performance of piglets showed that the number of live litters, the number of weaned piglets, the number of lactation deaths, the weight of weaned piglets and the mortality rate of Yorkshire,Landrace,Duroc and Pietrain Significant difference(P<0.05).For Yorkshire, the number of live litters, the number of weaned piglets, the number of deaths during lactation, and the mortality rate were the highest, while for Pietrain, the number of live litters, the number of weaned piglets, the number of deaths during lactation, and the mortality rate were the lowest.Based on the basic production data of 122 scale pig farms over two years were counted and processed to analyze PSY's major influencing factors.Statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences in weaning to breeding interval,non-productive sow days, annual parity and PSY in different number of weaned piglets per litter(P<0.05).And with the increase of weaned piglets per litter, annual parity and PSY were on the rise, while the number of non-production sow days and the number of days in weaning to breeding interval decreased.Indicating that PSY was proportional to the annual parity and weaned piglets per litter. The number of non-production days and the interval between breaks were inverselyproportional. And the number of weaned piglets per litter is directly related to the litter size, stillbirth, and the weight of birth.Reducing the number of non-production sow days, the weaning to breeding interval to improve the annual parity,at the same time, improving the litter size, the weight of birth and reducing stillbirth to improve the number of weaned piglets per litter. Therefore the number of non-production sow days, the weaning to breeding interval, the litter size, the weight of born piglets, stillbirth are the main factors determining PSY.The body condition during pregnancy and the performance of boar are also factors affecting PSY.
