Information technology application is very extensive in modern society,it has penetrated into many fields of various industries of national economy and social life.Since 2009,the Internet of Things was promoted to the height of the national strategy in our country and now develops rapidly,with its high creativity,driving force and permeability it is of great application value in the field of agriculture.Developing modern agriculture information technology is of great significance for realizing the transition from the traditional agriculture to modern agriculture production and meeting the opportunities and challenges the agriculture faced.At present,in Chinese agriculture and forestry production,there are about 10000 species of pests,among which more than 300 species cause serious economic damages.Over the past 20 years,every year about 10 species of pests have occurred in outbreak level for many reasons.The main reasons are the lack of information and data collection,scientific monitoring,surveillance and prediction for pests,especially lack of the accurate ecological intelligent measurement and control network system.The monitoring and forecasting of the occurrence of diseases and insect pests of agriculture and forestry are the bases for IPM and it is of significance for make out control program and take effective control measures against the occurrence of the pests.So this paper selected the research subject "Establishment and Application of Ecological Intelligent Measurement and Control System of Agricultural and Forestry Diseases and Pests Based on the Internet of Things Technology" and incorporated the GSM/GPRS communication technology,B/S network technology,computer application technology,cloud computing and other modern technology into the Internet of Things Technology for control the pests of agriculture and forestry,which is of realistic significance for the management of the agricultural and forestry pests and the healthy development of agriculture and forestry industry.The purpose of this paper is to develop the ecological intelligent measurement and control equipment and the integration system based on Internet of Things to realize the data acquisition,transferring,upload,statistics,analysis,processing and early warning information release of the agriculture and forestry pests control for promoting transferring from single agricultural and forestry pest control equipment system to integrated system,coordinating of ecological intelligent measurement and control equipment and the corresponding systems and solving the last one kilometer" problem of science and technology service.All the problems are must be solved with today's ecological intelligent measurement and control for agriculture and forestry pests.Through the three-year project research,the ecological intelligent measurement and control system of agriculture and forestry diseases and insect pests based on the Internet of Things technology was established.The main research results summarized as follows:(1)The three monitoring platforms,i.e."the automated operation and monitoring insect pest light trap platform","the network monitoring platform based on isotropic frequency vibration insecticidal light trap" and "the wireless monitoring platform for agriculture and forestry pests" were established.The remote monitoring of the equipment operation and the synchronous monitoring of different monitoring sites was realized.A province-city-county three-level monitoring and early warning systems was established.(2)The cloud computing and big data technology was applied to the whole information platform for agriculture and forestry diseases and insect pests to realize the data sharing.The information management center platform for agriculture and forestry diseases and insect pests based on B/S structure was established.The monitoring and early warning information release of the ecological intelligent measurement and control of agriculture and forestry diseases and insect pests were cyberized,and the real-time collection,transmission,acceptance and release of monitoring information were realized.(2)The mobile Internet technology was applied in information release of insect pest ecological intelligent measurement and control of agricultural and forestry diseases.An intelligent wireless network information service software named "plant mail tunnels" APP technology was developed to achieve "the last one kilometer" of science and technology service for the technician and farmer,and the function and usage of the intelligent wireless network information service software were described in detail.So far,the more than 100 of ecological intelligent measurement and control system of agricultural and forestry diseases and insect pests in Shandong and other provinces were established,comparing with the high accuracy rates for long-term and short-term forecasting of the agricultural and forestry diseases and insect pests.
