Study On Quality Evaluation Of Walnut Nuts In Different Site Conditions In Zhongyang County

The walnut cultivation in Zhongyang County,Lvliang City,Shanxi Province has a long history and varied species.Due to the different climatic conditions and cultivation techniques of different walnut varieties,the appearance and internal nutrition of walnut nuts with different topography are different,and the quality is uneven.This paper measures and compares the walnut nut appearance quality and nucleolar functional elements content in hilly terraces,gully areas and hilly slopes in Zhongyang County,and uses a fuzzy membership function method to comprehensively evaluate the quality traits,and screens out suitable for local promotion.Variety,with a view to provide the basis for the selection of local walnut varieties.The result is as follows:1.There are altogether 13 varieties of hilly terraces,of which,the taste and the kernel color of'Bokexiang' and 'Youxi 1' are better;the shell color of 'Bokexiang' and 'Zhonglin 5' is better;Nut shape phenotype,smoothness of fruit surface,elasticity of sutures,height and consistency are basically the same;'Gift 2' has a higher kernel weight of 7.83 g;'Liaohe 1' and 'Youxi 3' have more shells.Thick;'Gift 2' and'Jinlong 2' have high Ca contents of 13.62%and 13.74%.The contents of Ca,Mg,K,Cu,and Se in the'Bokexiang' cultivar are all higher,and have certain advantages in terms of nutritional value.Through the comprehensive evaluation of the sensory index membership function and the element index membership function of hill terraces,it is concluded that 'Bokexiang','Youxi 1',and 'Gift 2' are more suitable for planting in hilly terrace topography than other varieties.2.Among the eleven varieties of the ditches,the kernel color of 'Bokexiang' is better,which is Huangbai;'Youxi 2' performed the best in terms of three diameters,single fruit weight,and kernel weight.The three diameters were 39.93 mm,55.62 mm,33.9 mm,20.92 g of fruit weight,and 13.14 g of kernel weight respectively;'Youxi 4' has a high calcium content of 29%;'Liaohe 3','Youxi 4' have the highest Mg content,K content,and Mn content;'Youxi 2,and 'Bokexiang'The content of Fe and Zn in the samples was the highest,and the contents of Cu in the thin shells and 'Liaohe No.3' were the highest.Thro?gh the comprehensive evaluation of sensory index membership function and element index membership function of the ditches,'Gift 2' is more suitable for planting in the ditches than other species.3.Among the 8 varieties of hilly land,The taste of 'Bokexiang' and 'Xiangling' is good,and the plumpness is good;the color of 'Zhonglin 5' and 'Youxi 5' are better;the three trails of 'Xiangling' are smaller,and the three trails are It is 31.56 mm,31.16 mm,and 35.58 mm.The single fruit weight of other varieties is higher than that of 'Xiangling'.The highest fruit weight of 'Youxi 5' is 16.72 g,and that of 'Gift 2' is the largest,which is 9.56 g.;'Liaohe 1' has a higher content of Ca and Mg,which are 10.71%and 32.44%,respectively;'Xilin 3' has a higher K content,which is 6.74%;'Xiangling','Bokexiang','and'Xilin 3' has a high Se content.Through the comprehensive evaluation of the sensory index membership function and element index membership function of the ditches,it was concluded that 'Xiling 3','Gift 2'and 'Youxi 5' were better planted on hilly slopes.4.Through comprehensive evaluation of the intrinsic and extrinsic quality of five main cultivars and the subordinate function of mineral element content in three different site conditions,the comprehensive performance of 'Bokexiang' in the three site conditions was the best,showing an oblong shape.The average diameter of the three paths is 36.17 mm,the average fruit weight is 15.50 g,and the average individual kernel weight is 6.5 g.The shell surface is smooth.It is suitable for becoming one of the main varieties for promotion in Zhongyang County.
