Precious tree species are special strategic resources for economic and social development,with good wood quality and high commercial value,which are widely used in our life.As a major forestry province,Zhejiang Province is one of the most suitable provinces to develop and cultivate precious tree species resources.So precious tree species study is of great significance to economic development.The study of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the investigation of ancient and famous trees in Zhejiang Province,the growth environment of five precious tree species in Zhejiang Province was analyzed(Taxus chinensis var.mairei,Zelkova,serrata(Thunb.)Makino,Ormosia hosiei Hemsl.et,Wils,Phoebe chekiangensis.C.B.shang,Phoebe bournei).(2)At different research scales(Zhejiang Province and Lishui City),five single models(RF,CART,Nb,XGBoost,SVM)were used to simulate the potential distribution areas of five precious tree species by using caret and caretensemble package in R software,five single models were ensembled by using Stacking algorithm.The model simulates the potential distribution area of each tree species,uses Kappa value and overall accuracy to test and compare the simulation accuracy of the single model and ensemble model,analyses and compares the simulation performance of different models.The results showed that the ensemble model has the best simulation effect.Finally,the suitable area of each tree species is calculated according to the ensemble model.The results showed that:Taxus chinensis var.mairei var.mairei grows mainly in low mountain areas in Zhejiang Province,which are a flat slope,no slope direction,and red soil.There are seven counties in Zhejiang Province which are high-suitable areas for Taxus chinensis var.mairei.The main environmental factors affecting the distribution of Taxus chinensis var.mairei in Zhejiang Province are elevation and the slope.Its potential distribution area in Lishui City is 19.39×10~4.The main environmental factors affecting the distribution of Taxus chinensis var.mairei in Lishui City are NDVI,the slope,and elevation.Zelkova,serrata(Thunb.)Makino mainly grows in plain hilly areas in Zhejiang Province,where there are flat slopes,no slopes,and red soil.The main environmental factors affecting the distribution of Zelkova,serrata(Thunb.)Makino trees in 13 counties in Zhejiang are annual average temperature,annual maximum temperature,and annual average minimum rainfall.The potential distribution area of Lishui City is 31.44×10~4 hm~2and the main environmental factors affecting its distribution in Lishui City are NDVI,the slope,and annual average temperature.Ormosia hosiei Hemsl.et hosiei mainly grows on slopes,southern slopes and hilly plains above red soil.The main environmental factors affecting the distribution of Ormosia hosiei Hemsl.et hosiei in Zhejiang are annual average maximum temperature,annual mean temperature diurnal range,annual average maximum rainfall,annual average temperature,and solar radiation.The potential distribution area of Ormosia hosiei Hemsl.et hosiei in Lishui City is 49.26×10~4 hm~2,and the main environmental factors affecting its distribution in Lishui City are annual average maximum temperature,the slope,annual average maximum rainfall,elevation,and annual mean temperature diurnal range.Phoebe chekiangensis.C.B.shang chekiangensis mainly grows in plain and hilly areas on slopes,no slope direction,and red soil.The elevation is the main environmental factor affecting the distribution of Phoebe chekiangensis.C.B.shang chekiangensis in Zhejiang Province.The potential area of Lishui City is 56.78×10~4hm~2.The main environmental factors affecting the distribution of Phoebe chekiangensis.C.B.shang chekiangensis in Lishui City are the distance from rivers,NDVI,and annual mean temperature diurnal range.Phoebe bournei bournei mainly grows in the plain hilly area above slope,north slope and red soil.The main environmental factors affecting the distribution of Phoebe bournei bournei in 14 counties of Zhejiang are elevation,and the potential area of Lishui City is9×10~4 hm~2.The main environmental factors affecting its distribution in Lishui City are NDVI,annual average maximum temperature,distance from rivers and the slope.
