Sugar plays a decisive role in fruit quality,but sugar cannot be transported in plants individually and depends on sugar transporters.SWET(sugars will eventually be exported transporters,SWEETs)as a newly discovered sugar transporter protein,that plays an important role in plant growth and development,including phloem loading,transmembrane transport sugar,maintaining ionic steady state and regulating pollen development.Therefore,the study of the family of the SWEET gene is of great significance to the breeding of loquatIn this study,‘Zao Zhong 6'was selected to conduct exogenous sugar,salt induction,then through transcription group sequencing,Real-time PCR test,and bioinformatics to identify loquat SWEET gene and analyse gene expression pattern.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)We identified 7 SWEET loquat genes in the‘Zao Zhong 6',Ej SWEET1(Clade I),Ej SWEET2 a Ej SWEET2b/Ej SWEET2c(Clade I),Ej SWEET4(Clade II),Ej SWEET17(Clade III),Ej SWEET15(Clade IV).These 7 genes encode amino acid sequences from183 to 305,and similarity ranging from 24.44% to 80.88%,and are stable proteins composed of Mt N3/saliva family(PF03083).(2)In exogenous sugar and salt treatment,7 SWEET genes cooperate and play a key role in sugar transport and ion transport.Ej SWEET1,Ej SWEET2 b and Ej SWEET15 are involved in the transport of fructose,glucose and sucrose respectively.Ej SWEET15 and Ej SWEET17 have similar expression patterns,and they interact with each other to some extent.Ej SWEET2 c responded to Nacl quickly,and Ej SWEET15 was related tolong-term response to salt stres in loquat.(3)28 SWEET genes were identified in 11 loquat varieties,including 5 SWEET1 genes,11 SWEET2 genes,5 SWEET5 genes and 7 SWEET17 genes,and 27 c SNPs were obtained by consensus.Among them,20 base pairs are converted(A/G,C/T),and 7 base pairs are translocated(A/C,A/T,G/C,G/T),with certain conversion deviation.(4)The analysis of the expression patterns of SWEET gene identified in 11 loquat varieties showed that there were significant differences in the expression levels of senseless c SNP SWEET gene in different varieties,but no differences in the expression levels in the same variety...
