Analysis Of The Current Status Of Turfgrass Maintenance On Golf Course Of Jiangsu

Modem golf originated from Scotland in the 15th century.With the development and exchanges of economy and culture,the golf movement spreads from Scotland to Europe,from Europe to the Americas,and spreads all over the world.The development of golf has promoted economic growths and cultural exchanges.The golf has become the world's third largest sports program after football and tennis through an evolvement for more than 500 years.The golfers has experienced the charm of the "Gentleman's sport",which its rich cultural connotation,closeness to nature and elegant sports methods.The golf sport has a close relationship with the pill movement of ancient China.With the social progress and the development of the cultural movement,golf has played an important role in the socialization of China.Since the established of the Guangdong Zhongshan Hot Spring Golf Club in 1984,golf has developed for more than 30 years in China.It has made positive contributions to improving the environment for attracting investment,driving tourism,real estate industry,and development of golf-related industries.And to a large extent,promoted the scientific research and theoretical innovation of China turf grass industry,and provided a broad platform for shortening the gap between China's and foreign lawn industry and golf turf research fields.During the development of more than 30 years in China,the golf has created a huge economic interest,but the phenomenon of illegal construction of golf courses has repeatedly been banning for a long time;problems such as occupying agricultural land for farming,waste of water resources,environmental protection and others are highlighted.Since 1997,the relevant government department has published policies for guides and restricts the development of golf courses.Until June 2015,after 683 golf course had been cleared and rectified,and there were 496 golf course had been legally existed after rectification.This article mainly uses the literature data method and field survey method to analyze the situation of the cleanup and rectification of the national golf course.Also analyzed the specific conditions distribution,quantity and type of the stadium in Jiangsu Province,which pointed out the construction and development of the stadium should follow national land use policies and the regulations of protecting environment concerning water resources.The existing degradation status of golf course was pointed,and puts forward the methods to gradually restore the growth quality of the lawn by physical renewal and maintenance measures.By comparing the difference of educational level,age level,and salary level,in different regions of Jiangsu Province,proposed that by improving the quality of the golf course to improve the club's operating performance,and employees' salary levels will be increased.According to the present situation of course maintenance,the concept of over-range use of pesticides involved in the course of golf course rectification,and the reference standards for the maintenance procedures and method improvement of the golf course were proposed.Based on official data and on-site survey data,combined with my own experience in Scotland,the origin of golf,as well as my own practical work experience in the course of many years in Jiangsu Province,I put forward to the following suggestions:? In the future,the Chinese golf industry should be committed to the path of sustainable development,environmental friendliness,development of better economic and social benefits;? Strengthen the professional knowledge of golf,lawn science,and pesticide science to improve the theoretical level of understanding;? Optimize the structure of the stadium maintenance personnel,improve work methods,improve work efficiency,improve the quality of the lawn maintenance,and shorten the regional salary differences in the industry;? Improve the professional quality of practitioners,enhance environmental awareness,and regulate the use of pesticides according to the requirements of relevant national industries;?Summarize the key technologies of the course lawn management,to provide practical experience and technical support for the establishment and promotion of standardized and standardized golf course lawn management.
