This experiment was conducted in the orchard of Yangzhou University for two consecutive years from 2017 to 2018.The two varieties Pyrus serotina cv.Housui and Pyrus serotina cv.Shinsui were used in this article.The effects of different combinations of growth regulators on fruits growth and quality formation were researched.The main results were as follows:1.Treatment of 1.5%GA4+7+0.75%NAA at 40 days after full blossom could significantly promote the fruit weight of Housui,and increase the weight by 11.18%compared with thecontrol fruit;and the treatment of 1.5%GA4+7 +0.75%NAA 1 at 60 days after full blossom could increased the fruit weight of Housui by 15.83%,compared with the control.2.The treatment of 1.75%GA4+7+0.75%NAA at 45 days after full blossom could significantly promote the fresh weight growth of Shinsui fruits.Fruit weight increased by 42.60%compared with the control fruits.The treatment of 1.5%GA4+7 +0.75%6-BA at 60 days after full blossom could make the fruit weight increase by 68.73%,compared with the control.3.It was found that there were five kinds of soluble sugar components:maltopentaose,sucrose,glucose,fructose and sorbitol in the fruits of experimental varieties.Main accumulation sugar components were fructose and sorbitol,and the content of 1 maltopentaose was the lowest in five kinds of soluble sugar components..The treatment of 1.5%GA4+7 +1.5%6-BA at 40 days after full blossom significantly increased the contents of maltopentaose,sucrose,glucose and fructose in Housui fruits.The treatments of 1.5%GA4+7 +0.75%NAA and 1.5%GA4+7+0.75%6-BA at 60 days after full blossom significantly raised the contents of sucrose and fructose in Shinsui fruits.4.In the fruits of experiment varieties there were four kinds of organic acid components:oxalic acid,quinic acid,malic acid and citric acid.Malic acid and quinic acid were the main accumulation organic acid.,The content of oxalic acid was the lowest among the four kinds of organic acid components.It was clear that the changes of organic acid components in fruits of experiment varieties could be influenced by the treatment of different combinations of growth regulators.The treatment of 1.5%GA4+7+0.75%NAA could significantly decrease the contents of oxalic acid,quinic acid,malic acid,citric acid and total acid in the fruits of experimental varieties.
