The application of machine vision technology on Epinephelus malabaricus' abnormal behaviors identification and alarm in time is helpful to improve the Epinephelus malabaricus' survival rate,reduce the loss of human resource in the breeding process.This experiment chose Epinephelus malabaricus as the experimental objects,setting the low dissolved oxygen,high ammonia nitrogen,low salt,low temperature as the experimental environment.Throughing the computer vision technology to distinguish and alarm the abnormal behaviors of Epinephelus malabaricus under the experimental environment.The paper simply introduced Epinephelus malabaricus,computer vision technology and computer vision technology in aquaculture application research status at home and abroad.Described in detail about The methods of measuring dissolved oxygen,ammonia nitrogen,salinity,temperature and the image processing methods used in the experiment: binarization,grayscale,the image segmentation,image histogram equalization,etc.This paper focused on identification the abnormal behaviors of Epinephelus malabaricus under different water did following work:Choosing 200 Epinephelus malabaricuses which weight was 160.5±171.10 g,body length was 15.5±16.7cm.The average was divided into 4 groups,each group included two groups of normal group and abnormal group.Each normal groups and abnormal groups had 25 Epinephelus malabaricuses.Under the unchanged water condition,Throughing artificial adjusted the constant of ammonia nitrogen,temperature,ph value,concentration in order to get Epinephelus malabaricus' images under normal and abnormal conditions.By comparing the different behaviors of Epinephelus malabaricus under different water quality conditions could be found:Epinephelus malabaricuses undering the condition of low dissolved oxygen will continue to open mouth,Undering the condition of high ammonia nitrogen will bend fish body.Undering the condition of low salt,the gills will continue to open.undering the condition of low temperature environment,the color of fish body will change.So it can be collected the pictures of Epinephelus malabaricuses by computer,and recognition the abnormal behavior.Undered the experiment of low dissolved oxygen,using foreground extraction,binarization,open operation,median filtering method to process collected images,then two images undered normal condition and abnormal condition were selected for differential operation to get the differential Image.Using the fisheye shape to get the fisheye center coordinates,Cuting out the image contained only the fish mouth by the fisheye center coordinates.According to the fish mouth area to judge the fish mouth was closed or opened and how long was the fish mouth closed or opened,If the fish mouth was opening sustained for 2 minutes,as the fish appeared abnormal behavior and alarm.Under the experiment of high ammonia nitrogen,using Image segmentation,binarization,image thinning,median filtering to process collected images,getting the shape of Epinephelus malabaricuses' body,When the shape of Epinephelus malabaricuses' body had two corners,as the fish appeared abnormal behavior and alarm.Under the experiment of low salt,using Image segmentation,binarization,image thinning,median filtering to process collected images.The minimum external matrix method could be used to obtain the long axis and short axis of the fish.The image of the head of the fish body can be cut through the short axis of the fish body.Throughing the valve of the ratio of fish head,fish body image area and short axis length could judge the gills of fish was openging or closing,If the gills of fish was opening sustained for 2 minutes,as the fish appeared abnormal behavior and alarm.Under the experiment of low temperature,using Image segmentation process collected images,To obtain the target image only containing the fish body,Calculating the brightness of the target image.Finally,comparing the target image brightness value to judge the status of fish.If the fish turned black,as the fish appeared abnormal behavior and alarm.Using 50 Epinephelus malabaricus of equal size to verify those method,indicated that the method could effectively identify the abnormal behavior of Epinephelus malabaricus.
