Jujube(Zizyphus jujuba Mill.)belong to rhamnaceae,Ziziphus Mill,Jujube is one of the most representative fruit trees, among which Ziziphus jujube with the characteristics of strong adaptability, simple cultivation and management method, rich nutrition, notable economic and ecological benefitis is famous in the world, besides,Xinjiang(southern region)have favorable climate resources,so,Ziziphus jujube has become more and more popular in fruit trees of xinjiang.Potassium in plant metabolism and promote the growth and development plays a vital role. The soil of xinjiang have large amount of potassium-bearing mineral, but because of the insolubility, the soil absorbed little potassium. Therefore,Preliminary Study on the Mechanism of Potassium Dissolving of PGPR in Xinjiang jujube can provides the theoretical foundation for improving the utilization rate of potash, and alleviating the contradiction between supply and demand of potash. In this way,it also can improve soil quality, protect the agricultural ecological environment of our country,it also have far-reaching significance for the development of organic agriculture, ecological agriculture and low carbon agriculture. The experiment is divided into three stages.Firstly, the study of the ability of different organic acids on potassium-bearing mineral, the shaking culture method was adopted to measure concentration of different kinds of organic acid in potassium feldspar rapidly-available potassium content in culture medium.Select 5 kinds of organic acid with good performance, orthogonal experiment was carried out,and the optimal concentration of combination.Secondly,Through the institute, between four strains of high efficient bacteria screening,Fermentation culture respectively, and measured in the fermented liquid,rapidly-available potassium content and organic acid content changes.Path analysis was used to study different organic acids on potassium mineral release potassium direct effects and indirect effects.Thirdly, through field experiments to measure the colonization ability of different strains in the soil, the survive ability, the content of available potassium and organic acid,in this way to provide higher stability for the laboratory experiment. The following part were the conclusions :(1)The organic acid concentration in 0.3 mg/L,0.4 mg/L,0.5 mg/L,release of potassium ion ability to reach the highest, but the acetic acid, lactic acid had the highest release potassium ion ability with the concentration of 0.2 mg/L,effect of the increase of soluble potassium content is not all because of the increase of concentration.Different kinds of organic acid have appropriate concentrations,if excessive, can produce certain inhibitory effect.Through orthogonal test, comparative R value.Organic acid release potassium ion ability from high to low in turn for citric acid > oxalic acid > tartaric acid > acetic acid > acetone.(2)By using shake flask experiments,The results show that four strains of bacteria between the inside of the fermented liquid rapidly-available potassium content highest increased by 674.88% compared with CK.Rapidly-available potassium content and organic acid content showed positively correlated(P<0.05).Path analysis shows that these 5 kinds of organic acids had effect on available potassium. The direct effect of pyruvate on the dissolution of available potassium is the highest, and the direct path coefficient is 1.689.then the highest indirect effect is Tartaric acid,Indirect path coefficient was 0.205.Illustrate the bacteria secrete between organic acid with potassium acid interpretation,But because of the different kinds of organic acids,Some have a direct effect,Another part of organic acid enhances the effect of Potassium release by indirect action.(3)According to the number of living bacterium monitoring,All the strains showed strong ability of colonization,The number of microorganisms in different strains was significantly higher than that of control CK.Then after enter a dynamic change process.Among them, the effect of K7 on soil microorganisms, with a smooth enhanced effect.Pyruvic acid, acetic acid, citric acid in 30 days, the highest content of 60 days, and then gradually decline,The change of organic acid content is related to the change of available potassium content,Verify the part of indoor test theory.
