In this experiment, the venom leaf disk and enzyme activity assay were used to determine the repellent rate of ginseng monomer saponin Rb1 and ginseng root saponins against Plutella xylostella at 24 h and 48 h,and the detoxification enzyme and nervous system in Plutella xylostella. The effects of enzymes, protective enzymes, digestive enzymes, chitinase and other related enzyme activities. The purpose of this study was to investigate the optimal inhibitory concentration and treatment time of ginseng monomer saponin Rbl and ginseng root saponin on Plutella xylostella-related enzymes, and provide evidence for the development of high-efficiency plant-derived insecticides;provide ideas for rational use of pesticides and development of biological pesticides. The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The concentration of ginsenoside Rbl was 60 mg·mL-1.When treated for 48 h,the repellent rate of Plutella xylostella was the highest, which was 51.07%.For multifunctional oxidase(MFO)and carboxylesterase(CarE)?The inhibitory effect increased first and then decreased with the increase of saponin concentration. At the same concentration, the inhibition was 48 h>24 h,and the best groups were:20 mg·mL-1)and 30 mg·mL-1.The inhibitory effect on acetylcholinesterase was better than that in the 24 h group at 48 h,and the optimal inhibitory concentration was 60 mg·mL-1.(2)When the concentration of ginsenoside Rbl was 20 mg·mL-1,the inhibitory effects on MFO,CarE and acetylcholinesterase of Plutella xylostella were not significantly different from those of 30mg·mL-1 and 60 mg · mL-1.Considering the problem of saving resources and cost, the final treatment was 48 hours. The best treatment was when the saponin concentration is 20 mg·mL-1.(3)The concentration of total saponins in ginseng roots was T=40 mg·mL-1,and the repellent effect was the best when treated for 24 h.(4)The total saponins of ginseng root inhibited the MFO activity in Plutella xylostella L.,and the best treatment concentration was 20 mg·mL-1;the strongest inhibitory effect on GSTs,AchE and total protease activity was 60 mg·mL-1at 24 h;the most inhibitory effect on CarE and chitinase activity. The strong concentration is 50 mg·mL-1;the strongest inhibitory effect on CAT activity is 50 mg·mL-1;the strongest inhibitory effect on POD activity is 20 mg·mL-1;the strongest inhibitory effect on SOD activity is 60 mg·mL-1;inhibition of AMS activity the strongest concentration is 30 mg·mL-1.
