Studies On The Application Of Aphidius Gifuensis Ashmead To The Control And Prevention Of Myzus Persicae In Shuicheng

According to some practical problems of the control technology of Myzus persicae by using Aphidius gifuensis Ashmaed in the process of promotion in Shuicheng County,this paper carried on the study of reforming plastic tunnel for rearng Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead,the key technology of rearing A.gifuensis,investigation from the injury of Myzus persicae and control effect of A.gifuensis,etc.The results showed that:1 Breeding A.gifuensis facilities construction.The conventional greenhouse by increasing ventilation,reconstruction around the cap,realized the temperature and humidity control fastly and conveniently,and provided a suitable environment for breeding of A.gifuensis.2 Research of the key techniques.Aphid species choice for pink was best,followed by green.The aphid was inoculated after 15 days,pink and green aphid was 46.5 and 38.5 per plant respectively;The efficiency of the breeding A.gifuensis was the highest in the interlacing type in the different planting methods of the floating raising seedling pattern,next was the cross type,and the total amount of the breeding.,gifuensis respectively was 166.7 per plant,121.7 per plant;The best effect of the distribution of the plant is:2+2 line,the middle of the road is 100 cm,the density of 48 cm*70 cm,the cumulative amount of 6310 per plant,and management and operatation was convenient;The best way to inoculate the aphid was through line connection",which mainly showed the high efficiency and cleanliness,and the second was"place connection";Effect of yellow sticky traps and solar insecticidal lamp was 3.78%and 0.40%respectively for releasing A.gifuensis in the field.3 Control effect of A.gifuensis to M.persicae in the field.The occurrence of aphids on the tobacco plants on the field was less on the early stage,more on the middle stage and less on the later stage.The main occurrence period of aphids was the leaf cluster and the flourishing age,and the amount of aphids was 6.9-7.8 per plant and 10.6-11.5 per plant respectively.The parasitic rate reached 0.85%before releasing the A.gifuensis,while field population control effect reached 59.49%afer releasing the A.gifuensis for 20 days,the incidence of aphid borne virus disease was controlled at 0.62%.The above results provided strong support for the development of technical specification of the control aphid by using the A.gifuensis in Shuicheng county.
