| Fruit industry is an important pillar industry in china.The volume of fruit production and export is the highest in the world.Consumer demand for citrus,apple and other fruits is increasing,and it has become an indispensable product in the daily life for consumers.Fruit tree prune plays an important role in orchard management,which has an important impact on fruit production.The traditional orchard prune machine exist low prune efficiency,complicated prune and single function.The problem of fruit tree prune difficult and heavy workload and low efficiency is wide prevalence in china.Therefore,it is imperative to develop an efficient fruit prune machine.In view of the current citrus alternative fruit-bearing plant pattern,it is need to neatly trim the citrus trees.In order to increase prune efficiency and fruit yield,improve orchard management level,save manpower and material resources.Combined the plant characteristics of large-scale standardized orchards,a neatly trim citrus prune machine in both sides with adjustable shape was designed,apply to flat or gentle slope terrain,use tractors provide prune and traction power,achieve high efficient neatly prune for whole rows.The work and conclusions are as follows:1)Analysed mechanical characteristics of prune machine cutter: Choose the disc saw blade as a cutter,keep branch diameter,feed speed and saw blade parameters are unchanged.Comtrol different saw blade rotational speed,research the effects on sawing torque,power consumption and prune section quality of citrus branches.Through test analysis,the optimum saw speed of the cutter was selected: the outer diameter 300 mm saw blade rotational speed was 2200 r/min,and outer diameter 500 mm saw blade rotational speed was 1500 r/min.When the prune parameters was determined,sawed different diameters citrus branches,find the section of each branch meets the requirement of alternative fruit-bearing prune order,verified the feasibility of prune parameters,which provide the design basis for the prune machine research.2)Designed overall structure of prune machine: Learn from the domestic and foreign prune machine research status and prune methods,based on pruning requirements of citrus alternate fruit-bearing pattern,both sides with adjustable prune scheme was determined.Scheme has been made several improved and optimized,the large and medium horsepower tractors was selected as the prune power,and the prune speed is 3 km/h.Designed the parameters and overall structure of the whole prune machine,expounded its work principle.3)Designed key components of prune machine: Designed and researched prune arm device,carried the theory analysis to the cut process of pruning saw blade,used computer software to carry out analysis and simulate verification for pruning arm devices.Through ANSYS/wb software to carry out static analysis verification for pruning saw blade and saw blade rotate shaft,ensure that it meets the requirements of working intensity,carried out free modal simulation analysis of pruning saw blade,saw blade rotate shaft and prune arm.To sum up the natural frequency,compared with excitation frequency to avoid resonance generation,and ensure prune safety.Through the Adams/view kinematics simulation analysis to research shape change law of pruning arm,verified the shape change feasibility of pruning arm,and verficated compliance degree of pruning arm shape change to tree trim shape requirement.Studied and designed the space adjust move device,achieved the prune arm space movement function of up-down and left-right spatial mobility,carried out the theory analysis and type selection of the space adjust mobile device,ensured that it meets the strength requirements and predetermined functions.4)Designed drive route of prune machine: In order to complete space adjustable neatly trim function of pruning machine,solve the problem of power transfer in the process of space movement and shape change of prune arm,researched and designed hydraulic transmission system and mechanical transmission system,and selected hydraulic and mechanical transmission components that match the power to prune machine.5)Trial manufacture and functional verification of prune machine were carried out: The functional verification showed that the prune effect was good.The prune efficiency was 14-18 trees per minutes,prune machine can directly trim the predefined tree shape and had a good trim regularity.The prune quality basically meets the requirements of citrus alternative fruit-bearing pattern,which increase prune efficiency and meet design requirements. |
