Lodging is one of the important factors restricting the high yield of wheat.Identifying the relevant sites of lodging resistance and mining related molecular markers can provide a theoretical basis for molecular marker-assisted breeding. In this study, the natural population of 120 wheat varieties in Huanghuai wheat area was used as the test material, and the stalkrelated traits, plant height, internode length, ear fresh weight, thousand weight, and total length of roots in wheat seedling weregenome-wide association analysis observed in the wheat milk ripening stage. The main research content and results are as follows:1.19 morphological characters of a natural group of 120 wheat varieties were investigated. The correlation analysis showed that some characters had very significant correlation, and the largest correlation coefficient was the basal third internode and the second internode. The correlation coefficient was 0.964,which indicated that the characters were related to each other, and it affects the lodging resistance of wheat together.2.Using the wheat 90 K gene chip to genotype the natural population, remove the markers with high deletion rate and significant deviation, and detect 27912 polymorphic markers covering the whole genome of wheat, and genome-wide traits for 19 morphological traits.Correlation analysis showed that under the significant level-lg?p?? 4,366 significant correlation SNP markers were detected in the general linear model, and 35 significant correlation SNP markers were detected in the mixed linear model. These significant SNPs can explain The phenotypic variation ranged from 10.72% to 24.93%.The two models detected a consistent number of SNP markers of 26,associated with nine morphological traits. These significantly associated SNP markers were distributed on chromosomes 1B,2B,2D,3A,3B,3D,5B,6A,7A,7D.3.There are 9 loci that are significantly associated with the stalk-related traits detected by the general linear model and the mixed linear model. The contribution rate of Kukric40621513 on the 2D chromosome to the phenotype is related to the stalk thicknessof the third section. The maximum was 24.04%;there were 13 sites significantly associated with plant height and internode length, and Excaliburc609311260 on chromosome 1B associated with the first internode length of the base contributed the most to the phenotype, which was 21.06%.There are 3 sites significantly associated with panicle fresh weight, all located onchromosome 6A,specifically labeled as wsnpExrepc6643364661643,Kukric22149276,Tdurumcontig83190441,the contribution rate to the phenotype is16.87%;significant correlation with the total length of roots in deionized water culture seedling stage there is one locus, which is IAAV5315 on chromosome 5B,and the contribution rate to the phenotype is 21.46%.
