In order to initially explore the effects of organic liquid fertilizer fermentation and its application to tomato substrate cultivation in the production, tomato tomato was used as test material in this experiment Three tests, namely different fermentation material formulations, different ventilation ratios, and storage stages after fermentation, were applied to the organic liquid fertilizer. The effects of fermentation broth pH,EC,dissolved oxygen, nutrient content, and plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, leaf area, stomatal conductance, chlorophyll, yield, quality, etc.,in tomato substrate culture under irrigation of the fermentation broth The determination of a preliminary understanding of the organic liquid fertilizer fermentation. This experiment was developed from the following four aspects:1 Influence of material formulation screening on organic liquid fertilizer;2 Effect of different aeration ratios on organic liquid fertilizer,3 Effect of storage time on organic liquid fertilizer at the later fermentation stage;4 Matrix type pairing under organic fermentation broth irrigation The effect of tomato cultivation. The main results are as follows1.This experiment studied the effects of different material formulas on the organic liquid fertilizers. It was concluded that the nutrient content of A1 treatment is higher, and the nutrient content contained in them is the highest, and the trace elements Mg,Zn,Mn,The A1 content of Fe is also highest compared with the other three groups of formulas. The best formula for screening is A1,Then use this formula as the organic liquid fertilizer for test 2.2.This study investigated the effects of organic liquid fertilizer fermentation under different ventilation ratios. The results showed that the highest N,P,and K nutrient treatments were T1,but the contents of Ca,Fe,and Mn in the trace elements T3 were highest compared with the other three groups The best ventilation ratio is T1 treatment. The obtained organic fertilizer has high nutrient content and good fertilizer effect.3.This study investigated the effect of storage time on the nutrient content of organic liquid fertilizers From the results,it was found that the nutrient concentration of the fermentation broth decreased continuously as the storage time was extended. The contents of a large number of elements N,P,K,and trace elements Ca,Mg,Zn,Fe,and Mn all decreased with time. The results showed that the nutrient content of the organic fertilizer solution will decrease with the extension of storage time, thereby reducing the fertilizer efficiency. The long storage time is detrimental to the plant's absorption of nutrients Therefore, the organic liquid fertilizer after the end of the fermentation should be used as soon as possible on the crop4.In this experiment, under the irrigation of organic liquid fertilizer, the effect of different substrate cultivation on the growth, quality and yield of tomato was determined.Among them, the plant height stem diameter, and number of leaves of tomato grown under the cocoon cultivation method were higher than those of the rockwool cultivation and composite substrate cultivation. The new leaf growth rate of the tomato in the composite substrate cultivation was faster and the functional leaf was formed(completely unfolded). The leaf area was the largest;the chlorophyll content(SPAD),leaf stomatal conductance, and fruit quality of the three substrates were not significantly different. The yield of tomato with coconut cocoon as substrate was significantly higher than that of rock wool cultivation and compound substrate cultivation. In summary, irrigating organic fermentation broth for soilless cultivation of tomato, coconut cocoon as a cultivation matrix is more conducive to tomato growth and yield formation than rock wool and composite matrix.
