| Rice is an important food crop in China. The storage and preservation of rice seeds is of strategic significance for agricultural safety production. However,Prolonged storage of seeds tends to results in decrease in vigor and viability, which will directly threaten the safety of food production. The storage-resistance property of seeds is a complex genetic trait. The Chromosomal Segment Substitution Lines(CSSL)is an ideal population for studying the inheritance of complex traits.Xiushui 134 is the widely-used japonica rice variety in Zhejiang Province, and Yangdao 6 is a widely-used super rice parent. This lab constructed a chromosomal segment substitution lines using Yangdao 6 as the recurrent parent and Xiushui 134 as the donor parent, with a total of 218 lines. The chromosomal segment substitution lines was naturally dried to a moisture content of 13% after harvesting, and stored at 16°C for 15 months. After that, artificial accelerated aging treatment for 28 days under the condition of 40°C,85% relative humidity, and the germination rate, germination potential and germination index were measured.Through one-way analysis of variance(p<0.01)based on the trait-molecular marker genotype, seven QTLs related to germination rate,9 QTLs related to germination potential, and 8 QTLs related to germination index were detected. What is noticeable is that the common QTLs for germination rate, germination potential and germination index were detected on the locus of RM18003,5-15 M,RM18003 on chromosome 5,RM593,RM11 on chromosome 7,10-3106 M on chromosome 10,and 12-22 M molecular marker on chromosome 12.It is indicated that japonica rice also contains storage-resistant QTL,which can explore the storage-resistant QTL in japonica rice to improve the storage resistance of japonica rice. |
