Sowing is an important link in agricultural production,the seed meter is the core working part of the seeding machine.The traditional planter works with the ground wheel drive metering device,Electric-driven seeder uses Electric drive metering device to work.In the sowing operation,the power consumption of the drive motor of the seed meter is different as the working conditions change.In this paper,the method of modeling and simulation of the drive motor speed control system is used to determine the power source of the brushless DC geared motor as the electric drive seed metering device.The electric drive metering device power consumption monitoring system is designed,the main research contents are as follows.:(1)According to the speed regulation principle of spur gear DC gear motor and brushless DC gear motor,two speed control system models of drive motor are established in Matlab/Simulink environment.Determine the main parameters of the model,the analysis of the simulation results shows that the double closed-loop speed control system of the brushless DC geared motor can respond quickly within 0.05 s,and runs smoothly during start-up and loading.(2)The STC15F2K60S2 MCU is used as the core to complete the data acquisition.The circuit design and programming of the power module,data acquisition module and communication module are carried out.The power consumption monitoring system of the air suction type electric drive type meter is developed.Using the Lab VIEW modular programming method,the PC software of the air-suction electric drive metering power consumption monitoring system is programmed to obtain power consumption,energy value and real-time power consumption curve.(3)The power consumption monitoring test bench of the air suction type electric drive type metering device was built.According to the agronomic requirements,the working time,the suction chamber vacuum degree and the seeding operation speed were selected as the influencing factors,and the power consumption,output power and electric energy were used as performance indicators to carry out the gas.The power consumption test of the air suction electric drive seed meter is carried out.The regression model of each factor on power consumption is established,and the influence law of influence factors on power consumption and other performance is determined.Through the bench test,the variation law of the power consumption of the drive motor is obtained when different working conditions are obtained.
