300 sorghum varieties(Sweet Sorghum,Grain Sorghum, and Sudan Grass)were selected to determine the relationship between Genotype-Environment interactions, single environmental factor effect of 5 provinces in China(2014 in Xinjiang,Inner Mongolia,Tianjin,2015 in Liaoning,Tianjin)and the contribution rate of Genotype,Environment and Genotype-Environment interactions. In this study, preliminary GWAS was used to study the genetic basis of agronomic traits. The result are summarized as follows:1.The variation coefficients of three materials in the plant height were 29.86%,32.58%,and 22.67%;Those of the stem diameter were 28.40%,28.63%,31.39%;They were 32.99%,36.98%,35.34 for sugar brix;and 38.69%,30.57,37.10% for stem crude protein,respectively.2.The results of Comprehensive Analysis on Genotype,Environment,Genotype×Environment interactions demonstrated that Genotype is the dominant factor affecting the sorghum traits, greater than Genotype-Environment interactions and Environment effect. The coefficient of variability ranging among 11.25%~73.54%,21.89%~53.55%,2.21%~56.11%,respectively.Contribution rate of Genotype,Environment,Genotype×Environment interactions revealed no significant difference.3.The Correlation analysis of agronomic traits and quality traits demonstratds that stem diameter presents positive correlation with lodging coefficient, node numbers of main stem, fresh weight yield, panicle weight and stem crude protein. The reducing sugar and sugar brix show the positive correlation with lodging coefficient, plant height, node numbers of main stem, and fresh weight yield, and any two traits are also positive correlated each other. The stem diameter presents positive correlation with precipitation, daily mean temperature and accumulated temperature, negatively correlated with sunshine hours, diurnal temperature,p H and available potassium.Height displays positive correlation with diurnal temperature. The results of correlation analysis of different sorghum varieties agronomic traits and meteorological and soil factors show the inconsistent results in some traits.4.By clustering analysis 46 grain sorghum varieties',7 agronomic traits are divided into 4 clusters at the genetic distance of 15.0.The varieties of 4 clusters sorghum are 33,4,4 and 5.The results of clustering analysis demonstrate that Genotype is the dominant factor affecting the sorghum agronomic traits.5.SNP-sequence analysis of 300 sorghum varieties reveal 2,032456835 reads, with the average of SNP-sequence 6,774,856.And 106,237 reads can be used unique marks. The average sequencing depth is 16× accounting for 80% of the SNP-sequence reads.91,197 SNPs can genotype at least 240 out of 300 sorghum varieties.
