Soil is the basis of agriculture,it is important to understand soil properties for a better soil and agriculture production management. Our country is vast in area, and there are great differences in soil properties in different regions. Therefore,The research takes Bijie city of Guizhou Province as the study area, based on the data of sampling points, discuss soil topsoil thickness, bulk density,pH,organic matter, total nitrogen, total potassium, total phosphorus, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium spatial characteristics and influencing factors of the properties of soil;and combine With geostatistics and GIS method, analysis the spatial variability characteristics of soil properties.discuss the influence of natural factors of parent material, soil type, topography on soil properties.evaluated soil fertility of cultivated land in Bijie City. The followings listed are the results obtained.1.Bijie city of farmland soil magnetism thickness, density,pH,organic matter, total nitrogen, total potassium and total phosphorus, alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium of soil properties such as average 18.31 cm,1.25 g/cm3,respectively 7.04,26.0 g/kg,1.8 g/kg,0.96 g/kg,17.9 g/kg,142.6 mg/kg,26.15 mg/kg,127.5 mg/kg.According to the soil classification criteria of the second soil census in guizhou province, the average soil quality is three, three, three, three, two, two, three, two, two, three grades. The distribution of soil properties varies from place to place. From the shape of the distribution, the soil mass distribution is plaques and bands;Other soil properties are basically plaques.2.Statistical analysis showed that the variation coefficient of soil properties ranged from 9.60%to 53.0%.Soil bulk density had the smallest variation coefficient, indicating soil bulk density was controlled mainly by the natural factor.Soil available potassium had the largest variation with a great influence from the artificial factor.Other indicators showed a meadium variation, suggesting these soil properties were influenced by both natural and artificial factors.3.The semi-variance analysis of soil properties showed that these soil indicators had a certain spatial correlation despite of the influences from fertilization, irrigation, plantation and other artificial measures.Under the present study scale, the ratios of nugget to base value ranged from 25%to 75%of soil layer thickness, bulk density,pH,organic matter, total phosphorus, available phosphorus and available potassium, which showed a meadium spatial correlationship, suggesting that these indicators were influenced by both natural and artificial factors. The ratios of nugget to base value of soil total nitrogen, total potassium and alkali nitrogen were more than 75%,suggesting there were a weak spatial correlation and these indicators were affected mainly by artificial factors.4.The properties of soil are significantly different because of different soil quality(p =5%).In addition to soil potassium, the soil properties are significantly different due to different soil types(P = 5%).Elevation and other soil properties in addition to the thickness of soil magnetism of correlation, the slope with soil bulk density, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen correlation of other soil properties, with a slope to total nitrogen, alkali solution nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium of other correlation of soil properties.5.Fertility evaluation results show that the bijie city fertile soil fertility,a fertile, generally, the level of the barren, barren area percentage,respectively,0.1%,15.0%,59.7%,22.3%,59.7%,it can be seen in most of bijie city soil fertility for general level,a small number of areas in the fertile soil fertility and poorer grades, sterile and fertile land distribution at least. It is necessary to increase soil fertility and soil pH,improve soil organic content, improve nitrogen, stabilize phosphorus and supplement potassium.Soil fertility can be applied to improve soil and chemical properties and soil fertility.
