| The study based on the frostbite injury of early spring and late frost in Shanxi Province from April 4 to 7,2018,this study investigated the frostbite damage of walnut in the main cultivation areas of walnut in Shanxi,and studied the fruit development of walnut and the result quantity of different germplasm and its cold resistance after the occurrence of late frost.The results are as follows:1 The late frost damage occurred in the main planting of walnut in Shanxi Province in 2018 was mainly caused by advection radiation in line with frost,and walnut production decreased by 85% ~ 90%,or even failed to harvest.Advection frost occurred in some areas of south shanxi,reducing production by 30% ~ 40%.2 In the event of a late frost region of chilling injury,selection of zhonglin NO.1,Lipin NO.2,Xiangling and Qingxiang four walnut introduced.Cultivation variety,dynamically in the fruit growth and buttock development research,it is concluded that the sampling varieties fruit set is similar to a normal year,late frost chilling injury did not affect walnut varieties of fruit development.3 In the area where the late frost damage occurred,zhonglin no.1 walnut variety was selected to study the dynamic growth,longitudinal profile development stage and in vitro transportation of the fruit after the late frost damage,found the fruit young fruit enlargement period shorten,fruit shell growth,oil conversion period shorten,mature and not delay,the walnut fruit development is shorten as normal.4 After the frost,and through the results of the survey,160 walnut germplasm screening results 31 a strain than 50 germplasm nuts quality research,quantity and quality comprehensive results serdang,fh1 number,after the late frost cold ssw10-2 three germplasm performed well,further its annual dormant branches-20 ?,-25 ? and-30 ?,-40 ? processing,through the SOD,MDA,proline,electrolyte gives birth rate of hardiness physiology index determination,hardiness results show that cold resistance is fh1 > Xiling > ssw10-2. |
