In recent years,with the optimization of planting structure and the influence of climatic conditions in Xinjiang,the occurrence types and degree of diseases and insect pests of seed melon have increased year by year.This greatly reduces the quality and efficiency of seed melon production.It also poses a serious threat to the development of seed melon industry in Xinjiang.The change of meteorological factors leads to the dynamic fluctuation of the trend of diseases and insect pests.Thus,the application time of control agents,and the fluctuation of application measurement,are directly affected.It is an effective measure to understand the influence of meteorological factors on the occurrence of crop diseases and insect pests,as well as to carry out the drug screening and control work in a targeted way.In this experiment,to investigate the dynamic fluctuation of main diseases and insect pests of seed melon,also the influence of meteorological factors on the occurrence,as well as the harm of common diseases and insect pests of seed melon,I used the seed melon field in the Yanqi astragalus cultivation area as the experimental field.Through field experiments,I selected safe and effective control agents which are suitable for local climatic conditions and agricultural production practices.The results are summarized as follows:1.In this area,the common diseases and insect pests were powdery mildew,anthrax,and aphid.There were also differences in the trends of occurrence and growth of diseases and insect pests under the influence of environmental factors in different areas.The onset of powdery mildew of seed melon in Yanqi reclamation area was in early July.The rapid growth period of disease was from late July to early August.The peak of disease damage was in mid-august.The anthracnose of seedling melon was originated in early June.The rapid development of the disease was in early and middle July.The damage peak was in late July.The initial period of aphid was in early July.The rapid increase period was from late July to early August.2.Average daily temperature,air humidity and accumulative rainfall were the main factors affecting diseases and insect pests.Temperature increased the possibility of occurrence of the melon powdery mildew.It had significant positive correlation with the disease index.The average temperature of the periods in which the disease index was rapidly increased,and then remained stable,were 23.69 ? and 21.71 ? respectively.Theincrease of air humidity benefited the spread of powdery mildew because air humidity was positively correlated with the disease index.The disease of melon anthracnose was more serious in high temperature and high humidity.Average daily temperature and accumulated rainfall are the main meteorological factors affecting the change of aphid population density.The cumulative rainfall and the average population density of aphids showed a very significant correlation with a coefficient of 0.9494.3.Study on the control effect of 5 kinds of medicaments on seed melon disease showed that 10% phenyl ether metronidazole water dispersible granule 1000 times liquid was an ideal agent for the control of seed melon powdery mildew.The corrected control effect was more than 70% 7d after the first application and 7d after the second application.This result could be widely used in agricultural production.The 5 kinds of fungicides with 58% of killing wettable powder 1000 x liquid and 80% of ethylicin creme 1500 x liquid had the best control effect on the anthracnose of melon seeds.The correction control effect showed a good application prospect because the effects were all above 70% 7d after the first application and 7d after the second application.4.Results about the effect of 5 kinds of insecticides on pest control of seed melon showed that the control effect of 70% imidacloprid 5000 times solution reached more than90% within 14 days after the application.It was an ideal agent for controlling aphid because the quick effect and the sustained effect were both decent.At the same time,the solution with 40% dinitraz creme oil,25% imidazone suspension,and 25% thiamethoxam water dispersant also showed good insecticidal and persisting properties.
