It provides reference for vibration detection, vibration simulation and vibration reduction design of agricultural vehicles, and reveals the influence law of factors in each subsystem of soil-vehicle system vibration on the system. The single factor experiment was carried out on soil moisture content, compactness, tire pressure and load by using the modal theory of single degree of freedom, and the fitting equation of the corresponding relation curve was drawn to obtain the influence law of each factor on soil and tire vibration. The influence law of different load, tire pressure and driving vehicle vibration on soil soft pavement with moisture content of 5% is studied, and the corresponding relation curve is drawn.Through the orthogonal experiment analysis, the influence of each factor is clear.1.The results showed that the natural frequency of soil increased with the increase of soil moisture content, and the frequency increased with the increase of soil moisture content when the moisture content was less than 17.7%.When the moisture content is greater than17.7% and less than 19.8%,the frequency increases rapidly with the increase of moisture content. When the moisture content is greater than 19.8% and less than 25.5%,the frequency increases slowly with the increase of moisture content.Soil compactness increases with soil moisture content, which is considered to be the dominant factor affecting soil natural frequency.Test tire tire pressure at 200 kPa,model 4.00-12 tire natural frequency is 2192 Hz,damping ratio is 0.1.2.Design and make an experimental car.The vehicle test data were measured on the soft soil pavement with a moisture content of 5%.Whether the vehicle is stationary or moving, the natural frequency of the vehicle increases with the increase of tire pressure. However,at rest, the vehicle frequency is relatively gentle with the increase of tire pressure compared with that at rest, while the vehicle frequency is more sensitive to the change of tire pressure during movement. When the tire pressure is greater than 250 kPa,the vehicle frequency during movement is greater than that at rest.3.Whether the vehicle is stationary, moving forward or backward, the vehicle frequency decreases as the load increases. With the increase of load, the frequency of moving forward and moving backward decreases, but the frequency of moving back is more than the frequency of moving forward. This is because moving forward, the vehicle passes through soft soil, while moving backward,it passes through compacted soil.4.The two-factor four-level test was carried out on the tire pressure and load of the vehicle.Through range analysis and variance analysis, when the working parameter was A4B1,namely the tire pressure was 250 kPa and the load was 188 N,the vehicle vibration was large. When the working parameter is A2B4,that is,the tire pressure is 150 kPa and the load is470 N,the vehicle vibration is small. The influence of tire pressure and load on vehicle vibration is significant.
