Recently, occurrence of grape anthracnose is getting serious, and becomes the bottleneck factor of its industrial development.Due to lack of disease-resistant varieties, fungicides, including difenoconazole and prochloraz, are still a major emergency measures to prevent and control the disease. For years,Therefore, the research was conducted in current study and the main results present as following.Efficacy of difenoconzole reduced markedly in Jurong,Jiangsu Province.(1)Baseline sensitivity of Colletotrich um gloeosporioides against fluazinam, difenoconazole and fludioxonil.Colony diameter bioassay and a total of 80 C.gloeosporioides strains collected from grape in zhenjiang, jiangsu province were used to established sensitivity baselines for fludioxonil, fluazinam and difenoconazole,i.e.,0.2812±0.2060 ?g/ml?0.1173±0.1203?g/ml and 0.4524±0.1076?g/ml,respectively.Each of the EC50 value distributions was shown a single-peak curve. The study laid a foundation for grape anthracnose chemical prevention and control, and fungicide resistance monitoring.(2)Determination of resistance frequency and biological characteristics of resistant populations in C.gloeosporioides collected from Jurong,Jiangsu Province.Resistance populations of C.gloeosporioides against difenoconazole was built up with resistant frequency of 10%in Jurong,Jiangsu Province.Phenotype of resistance to difenoconazole is relied on the values of both EC50 and MIC.The resistance strains tested showed reduction in sporulation and mycelial growth, enhancement in violence, and positive resistance cross among difenoconazole, propiconazole and prochloraz, and mutations at the CYP51 maybe conferring the resistance to difenoconazole.Resistance genotypes were abundant with the eight genotypes at least in field.
