This topic explores the problems of poor drying quality and lack of high-quality drying equipment in the harvest season.The subject uses a combination of theoretical research,computer simulation and scientific experiments to systematically study the microwave drying process for the characteristics of common cereal corn and reveal the microwave.The mechanism of the drying process,study the effect of microwave on the quality of corn,experiment and explore the best process,design the microwave drying processing method that is relatively suitable for corn characteristics.Study the heat and mass transfer process during microwave drying,analyze the distribution law of electric field intensity in drying equipment,make the distribution of microwave field strength more uniform,study the heat and mass transfer trend in material layer,and improve the utilization of microwave energy.Analyze the influence of equipment process parameters on the indexes of grain drying after microwave drying process,and propose a reasonable drying process to ensure the high efficiency and high quality of microwave drying.The microwave intensity and wind speed in the equipment parameters are clearly related to the drying speed of the dried grain and the real-time temperature of the grain.In the experiment,a continuous microwave drying process suitable for the grain was used,and each drying time was taken into consideration.Analyze the feasibility of designing and constructing a new intelligent microwave drying system.Due to the nonlinear,time-varying,large hysteresis and strong coupling characteristics of the drying equipment parameters,the existing equipment has a simple control system,and it is difficult to achieve microwave drying.The high-precision control of the target,the development of the parameter adaptive CNC system,processing the real-time drying information at different stages,collecting and controlling the microwave intensity and temperature,realizing the combination of various microwave input powers in the drying process,improving the working mode of the microwave equipment.Achieve high-quality,energy-efficient microwave drying of agricultural products.The effects of microwave drying conditions on the drying process of corn were revealed.The research process was based on electromagnetics,mathematical analysis and electronic information theory.The research on the drying process of corn was systematically carried out,and the new method of microwave drying corn was experimented.From the production point of view,the effects of parameters such as microwave strength,apparent wind speed and single drying time on drying speed and heating temperature were analyzed,and the optimal process parameters were obtained.The obtained microwave intensity was 3.75 W/g and the apparent wind speed was 1.50 m/s.The drying effect is best when the single cycle drying time is 7.56 min.The results and analysis of the research will help to innovate the corn drying process,and can solve the problem of unstable quality in the drying process.It provides microwave drying equipment suitable for corn characteristics,good drying quality and high processing efficiency.In the future,the promotion of microwave drying equipment will also be applied to the large-scale application of microwave dried grains in other grain drying fields.
