The Research On The Financial Strategy Of The Integration Of Forestry Biomass Energy Industry Of Z Group

Since the 1973 oil crisis,nations around the world began to widespread concern the biomass energy.Nowadays,the development of the biomass energy has been giving great importance.The 12th five-year plan of our country has made biomass energy as a strategic emerging industry,while focus on the research and demonstration of forestry biomass energy were raised ir:t the 13th five-year plan.Considering the international environment,there are still many shortcomings in our country.Judging from the past experience,private enterprise,especially the small and medium-sized private enterprise has already become the main strength to develop the industry of biomass energy.Therefore,this paper has great significance for the development of forestry biomass energy enterprises in China.As one of the important parts of enterprise strategy,financial strategy plays an important role in promoting the development of enterprises.In this paper,a private forestry group-Z group were choose as a case,from the perspective of the development of forestry bio energy integration strategy,the financial strategy of the enterprise is planned,and some suggestions were put forward.The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Strategic environment.In this paper,the author uses the PESTEL and other strategic analysis methods to analyze the strategic environment of Z group.(2)The strategic objectives of the group.By using the SWOT analysis model under the coordinate method,the author has determined that the group should adopt the conservative adjustment strategy at present,and put forward the strategic plan of the group integration strategy from the near and Iong term.(3)Financial strategic planning.According to the group’s integrated strategic planning,in the near future,the group should adopt a prudent development of financial strategy.(4)The implementation and protection of financial strategy.From the management awareness,infrastructure and other aspects of the proposed development of the group,in order to promote the implementation of better financial strategy.
