In view of the low quality of forest resources in China and the impact of pests and diseases,the researchers put forward the concept of target application.In the early 20th century,Western scholars combined equipment with the concept of target application to achieve precise drug application.At this stage,in order to improve the efficiency of application and reduce environmental pollution,precise application of pesticides has become the core concept of forest pest control.Although the purpose of precise pesticide application has been achieved,how to conduct the action of the liquid on the trunk needs further research.The influencing factors of accurate and efficient application of the trunk mainly include:nozzle parameters;the movement mode of the droplet before reaching the target crop;and the special texture features of the trunk surface.For the first two factors,previous studies have been done in detail,but there is still a lack of research on the state of motion after the droplets reach the surface of the trunk.Based on this problem,the interaction between the droplets and the trunk surface for precision application is discussed.Start research.The main work includes:1.Model feature extraction of the target trunk of the application.In view of the complex and variable application environment,the high cost of the experiment,the cumbersome method and the difficulty of implementation,it was decided to use a simple and controllable method for research.By scanning the willow trunk,the point cloud data is obtained and a three-dimensional solid model of the trunk is established,which substantially restores the trunk prototype and the surface texture features.Then use Solidworks to build a trunk solid model.By analyzing the average error range(0%-20%)of the basic parameters between the model and the real model,the cause of the error is discussed and the tree trunk model is determined to be true and reliable.2.The application process simulation was performed from the established 3D trunk model,using Fluent simulation.A VOF model including bark was established,and the two-phase flow model was used to observe the process(contact,spread,shrinkage)when the droplets hit the bark,and the state of the droplets striking the surface of the bark at different speeds and heights was analyzed.According to the theoretical calculation of the parameters such as the speed and height of the droplets,the results of the simulation experiment show that the droplet distance is 5mm from the interface,and the speed is 2.1m/s,it will not rebound,and the liquid medicine can be utilized to the greatest extent and the environmental pollution can be reduced.Through the study of the interaction between the droplets and the surface of the trunk,the behavior of the droplets under different conditions was obtained,and a new research method was found for the droplet deposition on the trunk surface.
