| Apple is favored by consumers because of its delicious taste and rich nutrition.The apple industry is also an effective way for poor farmers to get rid of poverty.In the north of the main apple producing area,the freezing damage of fruit trees seriously affects the growth and development of apple trees and even leads to a large area of apple production.This poses a serious threat to the healthy development of the apple industry,the protection of fruit farmers’ income and the effective supply of consumer fruit.Therefore,apple freeze damage monitoring and early warning research is conducive to ensuring the stability of fruit farmers’ economic income,and at the same time it is conducive to safeguarding the healthy and sustainable development of the apple industry,and is conducive to promoting the implementation of China’s rural revitalization strategy.The traditional apple freeze damage monitoring and early warning is mostly based on macroscopic meteorological data,lacking the real-time micro-domain environmental information of the apple orchard,which leads to problems such as inaccurate prediction of freezing damage and untimely warning.Based on the actual needs of users,this paper develops the automatic monitoring system of Internet of Things(IoT)for apple orchard environmental,which realizes the thorough perception and real-time transmission of the environmental information of the apple orchard.It improves the evaluation index system of apple frost damage and constructs the apple frozen damage prediction model by using STL(Seasonal and Trend decomposition using Loess)and ARIMA(Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average model).And it realized the accurate prediction and timely warning of the freezing damage of apple.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Research and development of automatic monitoring system of IoT for apple orchard environmental.Comprehensive analysis of the functional requirements of the functional requirements of the automatic monitoring system of IoT for apple orchard environmental,the IoT architecture for environmental monitoring in apple orchard was determined firstly.According to the key environmental factors of apple tree growth,the fruit tree perception internet of things terminal was designed,which realized the thorough perception of the environmental information and the growth information of apple trees.Using 4G/3G,WIFI,wired network and other data transmission methods,the data transmission technology is optimized,and the reliable transmission of digital information and video image information is realized.Through the perfect data synchronization acquisition technology,synchronous acquisition of multi-site data information is realized.(2)Research on early warning model of apple freezing damage.Based on the existing research on the index of apple frost damage,combined with the experience of experts,the index system of apple frost damage has been improved.Combined with the freeze damage index system,the STL method was used to obtain the prone period of apple frost damage.The prediction model of freezing damage factor based on ARIMA was constructed,which realized the accurate prediction of the freezing factor of apple in the next week,and then realized the timely warning of the freezing damage of apple.(3)Research and development of apple freeze damage monitoring and early warning service system.Based on the research of the automatic monitoring system of IoT for apple orchard environmental and the early warning model of apple freezing damage,the functions and overall architecture design of the apple freeze damage monitoring and early warning service system was completed by using information acquisition,data storage,data analysis and data visualization technology.Apple freeze damage monitoring and early warning service system is divided into basic information management subsystem and freeze damage early warning subsystem.The basic information management subsystem enables efficient management of orchard information.The freezing damage early warning subsystem realized the prediction analysis of the freezing damage information of apple orchard and the timely warning of freezing damage in apple orchard. |
