Study On The Main Biological Characteristics Of Walnut Germplasm Resources In Hotan

This experiment mainly aimed at the farm germplasm resources "HS9","KTZ-1","KTZ-2","HM-1",which were found in Saiba Township,Moyu County,Hetian region,Xinjiang,and studied the "Za 343" mainly planted in Hetian area.In this study,the phenological period,photosynthetic characteristics and fruit quality of different walnut germplasm under field conditions were studied.The purpose of the experiment was to provide the reserve materials of superior plants and the scientific basis of theory,and the purpose of the experiment was to provide the reserve materials of superior plants and scientific theoretical basis.Selection of suitable germplasm for large-scale planting and optimization of walnut varieties in Hotan area.Studies have shown that:(1)The male flowering stage of "Za 343" was 6 days earlier than that of the female type "Xinfeng","KTZ-1" and "KTZ-2" were earlier than those of the other germplasm,and the harvest date of "Za 343" germplasm was earlier than that of other germplasm 2,7 d in Hetian,the flowering stage of male flower was 6 days earlier than that of female type "Xinfeng","Za 343" was earlier than that of other germplasm.(2)By analyzing the anatomical structure of walnut leaves,the results showed that the upper and lower epidermis thickness of "HS9" was higher than that of other germplasm in Hetian area.The photosynthetic characteristics of leaves showed that the transpiration rate of "HS9" was lower than that of other germplasms,but the water use efficiency was higher than that of other germplasms.The transpiration rate of "KTZ-1" was higher than that of other germplasms,but the water use rate was the lowest.(3)The growth of fruit longitudinal and transverse diameter of different walnut germplasm showed a single "S" curve,and the growth rate of vertical and transverse diameter of the farm germplasm was higher than that of the main cultivar.The single fruit weight of farm germplasm in Hetian area was higher than that of main cultivars "Za 343" and "Xinfeng",and the single fruit weight of "HM-1" was 23.03 g.(4)Through the analysis of the main quality of walnut,"Za 343","Xinfeng","HS9" were better than other varieties,"HM-1" tannin content was the highest,taste slightly astringent;The cellulose and reducing sugar contents of "Za 343" germplasm were higher than those of other germplasm,and the iodine value of "HS9" germplasm was higher than that of other germplasm."Za 343","KTZ-1" protein content is higher than other varieties,can be deep processing alone extracted protein as plant protein beverage products for sale.Using membership function pairs "KTZ-1","HS9","KTZ-2","Za343","Xinfeng",According to the comprehensive evaluation of "HM-1",it can be found that the fruit quality of these six varieties is as follows: "Za 343" > "HS9" > "HM-1" > "KTZ-1" > "KTZ-2" > "Xinfeng".
