Tea plant[Camellia sinensis(L.)O.Kuntze]is an important perennial, evergreen, woody crop that is grown worldwide, and its young leaves are processed to prepare a popular non-alcoholic beverage known as 'tea'.However, tea is a high-polyfluoride plants,a large number of studies have been found due to tea and fluoride poisoning caused by the phenomenon. Therefore,it is very import, ant to study the mechanism of fluorine-resistant polyfluoride in tea plant,so as to better serve the development of tea production in China and provide important theoretical support for the cultivation of new varieties. In this paper, the effects of fluoride on the growth of tea plants were studied by measuring the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes of tea under different concentrations of fluorine treatment. The effects of different concentrations of fluoride on the synthesis and secretion of organic acids in tea roots were studied. And the effects of aluminum on the tea plant under the condition of fluoride stress were studied. The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.The results showed that the root length, root activity, soluble sugar,POD,SOD,CAT,MDA,chlorophyll content and other physiological indicators have different changes. With the increase of fluoride concentration, the root length, root activity and soluble sugar,POD activity,SOD activity and CAT activity of tea leaves decreased gradually, but at lower concentration of fluoride(4 mg/L)and CK(0 mg/L)Compared with no significant difference. With the increase of fluoride concentration, the content of chlorophyll in tea leaves decreased significantly, while the content of MDA increased gradually. The results showed that the low fluoride treatment concentration(4 mg/L)had little inhibitory effect on the growth of tea plants, and had a significant inhibitory effect on tea growth physiology when the fluoride concentration was too high.2.With the increase of fluoride concentration, the amount of oxalic acid, glycolic acid, citric acid and malic acid. The content of oxalic acid, glycolic acid and citric acid in the roots of tea leaves decreased with the increase of the content of oxalic acid, glycolic acid and citric acid in the roots of tea trees, and the contents of oxalic acid oxidase GO,apple dehydrogenase MDH and The activity of citrate synthase(CS)and its related gene expression were similar. These results indicated that fluoride could affect the expression of GO gene,MDH gene and CS gene in tea root system, which affected the activities of GO,MDH and CS in tea roots, and affected the contents of oxalic acid, malic acid and citric acid Such as the synthesis and secretion of organic acids. In the low concentration(4mg/L)fluoride treatment,to stimulate the secretion of organic tea and thus ease the inhibition of fluoride in tea.3.In this paper,it was found that the inhibition of fluoride on tea was gradually alleviated with the increase of aluminum concentration. With the increase of the concentration of aluminum, the content of MDA in tea plant decreased gradually, and there was significant difference. The activity of SOD and the activity of POD increased with the increase of aluminum concentration, while CAT activity decreased first and then increased. At the same time, the content of oxalic acid, malic acid, glycolic acid and citric acid increased significantly with the increase of aluminum concentration when the tea plants under stress of fluoride. These results indicate that aluminum may alleviate the stress of fluoride by stimulating the synthesis and secretion of organic acids on the tea plants.
