Forest plays a key role in the ecosystem,it can purify the air,maintain atmospheric balance,but also provide the necessary natural resources for human life.However,due to various reasons,forest resources are decreasing year by year,among which forest fire is undoubtedly the most destructive,so the monitoring technology of forest fire has become a research topic of common concern all over the world,and real-time monitoring of forest has been carried out.It is particularly important to minimize the damage caused by forest fires.In recent years,image recognition technology and wireless digital microwave communication technology have been widely used in many fields,such as urban traffic,smart home,logistics,environmental protection,real-time monitoring and so on.In order to realize remote real-time monitoring of forest environment,a forest fire prevention monitoring system is designed based on image recognition technology,H.264 video compression technology and wireless digital microwave communication technology.The monitoring system is composed of several monitoring points and remote monitoring centers,which realize the transmission of video and image data through wireless transmission network.The monitoring system can collect the forest video image in real time and send it to the remote monitoring center.The monitoring center realizes the real-time monitoring function of the forest by fire recognition of the video image.According to the specific requirements,the hardware is selected,and the image acquisition module is designed to realize the acquisition and compression of forest video image data,and then transmitted to the remote monitoring center through wireless transmission network.The development environment of the management software of the monitoring center is Microsoft Visual Studio 2012.socket network communication technology can establish the TCP connection between the monitoring point and the host computer of the monitoring center,receive the video image from the monitoring point,and store the received data information in the database.It is convenient to inquire later.Fire image recognition adopts fire detection algorithm based on RGB,YCbCr and HSI color space.The RGB image is converted to YCbCr and HSI color space,and the gray images of each channel in three color spaces are extracted.The specificity of each channel is analyzed by PCA dimension reduction method,and the threshold in the recognition criterion is obtained by establishing ROC curve.Through the experiment,the monitoring system can complete the collection and transmission of forest video image,and carry on the reliable analysis and processing to the image data,and realize the real-time monitoring of the forest environment state.
