Agricultural And Forestry Universities Postgraduate Students Of Agricultural Informationization Employment Status Survey And Cultivation Program Research

At present,the development of agricultural science and technology in China is relatively lagging,and the degree of agricultural informatization is relatively low.With the transformation and upgrading of China’s agricultural industry,the demand for science and technology talents in the industry has increased sharply,while the contradiction between supply and demand of agricultural talents has been prominent,and the loss of masters in agricultural information technology has been severe.This study is conducted in seven domestic agricultural and forestry universities,and the cultivation programs of agricultural informatization majors in seven universities are selected as research samples.By comparing and analyzing the cultivation modes of agricultural informatization talents in seven colleges and universities,on the basis of affirming the rationality,the deficiencies in the cultivation plans should be deeply explored.At the same time,questionnaire survey on employment status of graduate students majoring in agricultural informatization in seven selected agricultural and forestry colleges and universities.Designed the questionnaire from the aspects of employment industry,unit nature and geographical direction,etc.Factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)were used to make statistics on the data,and the order of importance of factors affecting employment of graduate students majoring in agricultural informatization was obtained.This paper analyzes the factors affecting employment from the perspective of the country,universities and individuals,and puts forward corresponding solutions on the basis of existing policies.Combined with the training program and questionnaire survey results,this paper discusses the overall training status of agricultural informatization postgraduates in agricultural and forestry universities in China,understands the shortcomings and problems existing in the training of agricultural informatization in higher agricultural and forestry universities in China,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and reasonable ways to change.It provides a reference for the cultivation of agricultural informatization postgraduates,so as to broaden the employment channels of agricultural informatization postgraduates and bring agricultural informatization professionals to the development of big agricultural countries and social needs.
