This paper summarizes the development and research status of forest firefighting equipment at home and abroad,according to the practical needs of forest fire fighting,put forward to the sand for fire extinguishing material for forest fire fighting the idea of the way through the use of local materials,to carry out a new form of structure the soil throwing fire extinguishing machine design and research.The soil throwing fire extinguishing machine uses soil as a fire extinguishing material,uses the soil fragments to rapidly whip and cover the burning objects,separate the combustible and the air,and simultaneously reduces the temperature of the burning substance,thereby realizing fire extinguishing.The soil throwing fire extinguishing machine adopts full hydraulic drive and selects the crawler type hydraulic chassis as the moving carrier,the speed of the whole machine is 1.1 km/h.The core units of the soil throwing fire extinguishing machine are rotary cutting machine and scattering bucket,the rotary cutting machine is driven directly by hydraulic motor,which is responsible for cutting the soil,the rotary cutting machine is mounted on the front frame with the 300 oblique angle,and the effective working width of the single side rotary cutting machine is 350mm,the rotary cutting depth is 50-100mm,and the overall cutting capacity of the rotary cutting machine is 0.6?1.3m3/min.The main working parts of the throwing bucket are the soil turning shaft and the soil throwing rotating shaft,the soil turning shaft to complete the soil up and crush,and then by the soil throwing shaft to hammer to achieve throwing the soil,and realizing the operation of extinguishing fire.The maximum effective soil throwing capacity of the throwing bucket is 0.9m3/min,the concentration point of the throwing soil is 10m,and the maximum throwing distance is 21m,which can form the coverage area of 9m2,and the average coverage thickness is 40mm.Through the analysis of the key working units of the soil throwing fire extinguishing machine,the kinematics model of the rotary cutting machine and the throwing bucket are established,and the kinematic parameters and working characteristics of the main units of the soil throwing fire extinguishing machine are determined,according to the working process of the rotary cutter cutting the soil,the numerical simulation of the dynamic simulation of the rotary cutter is carried out by using LS-DYNA.By the means of numerical simulation of the rotary cutter,the destruction of the soil when the rotary cutter is chopping soil is analyzed,the relationship between the cutting force and the parameters of the rotary cutting process,as well as the power consumption of rotary cutting,directly reflects the overall characteristics of the rotary cutting cutter.
