In this study, the saplings of chestnut seedlings 1-0a,1-2a and 2(2)-4a were used as test materials, and different concentrations of paclobutrazol, chlormequat and uniconazole were sprayed separately to study the growth of plant growth retardants on chestnut branches.,leaf growth and physiology, leaf anatomical structure and other effects,to determine the dwarf effect and mechanism of chestnut seedlings and saplings, screening out appropriate regulatory concentrations. In order to provide a theoretical basis for the scientific application of plant growth retardants in chestnut seedling cultivation and cultivation. The main findings are as follows:(1)Paclobutrazol and chlormequat can significantly reduce the seedling height of chestnut 1-0a seedlings, promote the diameter increase of seedlings, increase the number of lateral roots, reduce the height-to-diameter ratio and stem-to-root ratio of seedlings, and spray 90mg/L paclobutrazol.Or 90mg/L chlormequat has the best effect;the concentration of paclobutrazol and chlormequat can significantly reduce the single leaf area of seedlings, and decrease with the increase of concentration.(2)Paclobutrazol,chlormequat and uniconazole can significantly reduce the length of 1-2a chestnut seedlings and increase the diameter of shoots, and the best effect on standard branch 30mg/L uniconazole is reduced by 24.13cm compared with the control at 90d after treatment. The diameter increased by 26.45%,and 100 mg/L paclobutrazol had the best effect on vegetative shoots, which was 36.63%higher than the control.(3)Paclobutrazol,chlormequat and uniconazole can promote the growth of 2(2)-4a chestnut saplings and the results of branch growth, inhibiting the results of the mother branches, resulting in high growth, but the concentration of the retardant and spraying The number of times is inconsistent with the promotion and inhibition of the shoots. When the 100 mg/L chlormequat was sprayed twice, the thickness of the mother branch was the highest, reaching 21.37 mm,which was 38.68%higher than the control.(4)Paclobutrazol,chlormequat and uniconazole can increase the ratio of chestnut leaves to sea-shell ratio and leaves.Among the 1-0a and 1-2a seedlings, the most significant increase is 50mg/L paclobutrazol treatment, while 2(2)The best effect of the-4a sapling blade on the sea-shell ratio is to spray 100mg/L chlormequat once.60mg/L uniconazole and 50mg/L chlormequat treatment increase the upper and lower stratum corneum of seedling leaves The thickest effect is the best, and for the young trees, the most significant treatments for the thickening effect are the spraying of 90 mg/L twice and the spraying of 60 mg/L of uniconazole once.(5)Spraying retardant is beneficial to the supply of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in chestnut leaves. After treatment with paclobutrazol, the carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium contents of chestnut leaves increased significantly, among which 300mg/L treatment was the most significant, while 30mg/L uniconazole treatment had the best effect on nitrogen accumulation;300mg/L paclobutrazol treatment on young trees The effect of non-structural carbohydrates was most pronounced, while the treatment of 200 mg/L chlormequat was the best for non-structural carbohydrates in seedlings...
