The northern climatic environment is hot and rainy in summer,cold and dry in winter,and drought and waterlogging occur on the ground with seasonal changes,resulting in low survival rate and single species of green cultivation plants in most areas.,and the greening effect is not good.At the same time,the greening and cultivation substrate has a single species and low fertility.The efficient use of urban living waste resources as a greening cultivation substrate is in the initial exploration stage..Therefore,research on the drought-resistance and anti-caries properties of plants and the compost products processed by urban living waste resources as a mixed matrix material to develop a light environmentally-friendly mixed cultivation substrate,and to some extent,to lay a theory for screening drought-resistant and cockroach-resistant green plant species.Provide technical support for foundation and exploration of new green mixed cultivation substrates.In this study,P.pratensis L.,Begonia Semoerflorens,Sedum lineare and Solenostemon scutellarioides were selected as the test plants.Four plants were treated with drought and waterlogging stress in different degrees,respectively.The leaf morphological characteristics of the tested plants were observed and recorded regularly,and their planting was determined.Malondialdehyde content,free proline content,chlorophyll content and soluble sugar content in leaves of four tested plants were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated by variance analysis and fuzzy mathematics membership function method.On the other hand,in order to meet the requirements of greening substrates for the new urban greening tasks(roof,wall greening,etc.)in Beijing,and make full use of urban living waste resources,a light,environmentally friendly and efficient mixed cultivation substrates was developed,which provided a theoretical basis for the selection of greening substrates.In this study,municipal domestic sludge compost,municipal garden waste compost and municipal domestic waste compost were mixed with coconut chaff and perlite according to specific volume ratio.The growth of plant height and the contents of organic matter,total nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in the mixed culture medium of four tested plants were determined by orthogonal experiment design with five factors and four levels.The most suitable medium formula for mixed cultivation of northern greening was obtained by variance analysis and comprehensive trade-off induction.The conclusions of this study are as follows.(1)Under drought stress,the contents of MDA,free proline and chlorophyll in leaves of four tested plants were significantly different,but the contents of soluble sugar were not significantly different.Four physiological indexes could reflect the drought resistance of plants to a certain extent,among which soluble sugar was weaker.The relationship between drought resistance of four tested plants was as follows:Poa pratensis>Begonia sibirica>Coloured Leaf Grass>Verbena.(2)Under waterlogging stress,the contents of malondialdehyde,free proline and chlorophyll in the leaves of four tested plants were significantly different,but the contents of soluble sugar were not significantly different.Four physiological indexes could reflect the waterlogging resistance of plants to a certain extent,among which soluble sugar was weaker.The relationship between waterlogging resistance of four tested plants was Poa pratensis>Begonia sibirica>Coloured Leaf Grass>Forsythia japonica by means of fuzzy mathematics membership function method.(3)The results showed that under drought stress,the four tested plants did not wither and die,and showed strong drought resistance,and the drought resistance of Poa pratensis and Forsythia japonica was better than that of Begonia sibirica and Coloured Leaf Grass.The leaf morphological characteristics of the four tested plants under waterlogging stress showed different degrees of wilting,but there was no death phenomenon,said that the drought resistance of and was better than that of Begonia sibirica and Coloured Leaf The four tested plants had waterlogging resistance to a certain extent in Ming Dynasty,and the waterlogging resistance of Poa pratensis and Verbena grass was better than that of Begonia sibirica and Coloured Leafgrass.(4)Different composting treatments had significant differences on the growth of plant height of four tested plants,including nutrient organic matter,total nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium.Different composting treatments affected the fertility of mixed culture media and plant growth to a certain extent.According to the comprehensive balance and induction method,the most suitable medium formula for mixed cultivation of northern greening was four parts of Begonia sibirica,four parts of sludge compost,three parts of coconut chaff,two parts of perlite,four parts of sludge compost,four parts of coconut chaff and two parts of perlite.
