| At present,biological bacterial fertilizer has more research on horticultural crops and some field crops.Biological bacterial fertilizer can regulate soil environment,improve fertilizer utilization rate,effectively improve soil pollution,and solve a series of environmental problems caused by long-term unreasonable fertilization.There are few experiments on potato cultivation.This study aims to analyze the growth,photosynthetic characteristics,yield and quality formation,soil biological activity and soil nutrient content of potato by applying different kinds of biological fertilizers under field test conditions.The impact of the exploration,suitable for the use of biological fertilizers used in potato cultivation,provide theoretical and technical guidance for potato production.The main results are as follows:(1)Each bacterial fertilizer treatment significantly improved the soil biological activity index.In general,the F01 and F02 composite microecological preparations had the most significant effects on soil microbial biomass carbon,nitrogen content and soil urease activity.F01,F02 composite microecological preparations,D05 megaterium preparations have the most significant effect on soil invertase activity and soil alkaline phosphatase activity in potato fields.The effects of each treatment on soil catalase activity were relatively small.The treatment of F02 complex microecological preparation and D05 megateron preparation had the most significant effect on soil catalase activity in potato field.(2)The soil available nutrient content was significantly affected by bacterial fertilizer:F01,F02 composite microecological preparation,SF03 water-soluble microecological preparation treatment had the most significant effect on soil available potassium.The F01 compound microecological preparation and D05 bacillus preparation had the most significant effect on soil available phosphorus.The treatment of decomposed protein bio-organic fertilizer and F02 compound micro-ecological preparations had the most significant effect on soil alkaline nitrogen and relatively little effect on bacterial fertilizer.(3)The treatment of various bacterial fertilizers significantly improved the agronomic traits of each plant.In general,the treatment of F01 complex microecological preparation and D01 Bacillus subtilis biological agent had the most significant effect on plant height,stem diameter and dry matter content.(4)The photosynthetic characteristics of potato were significantly affected by bacterial fertilizer:F01,F02 composite microecological preparation and D01 Bacillus subtilis biological preparation had the most significant effect on leaf area index.The treatment of decomposed protein bio-organic fertilizer,SF02 water-soluble micro-ecological preparation and F02 composite micro-ecological preparation had the most significant effect on the net photosynthetic rate of plants.The treatment of F01 compound microecological preparation had the most significant effect on the relative chlorophyll content of leaves.(5)The bacterial fertilizer also showed significant nitrogen accumulation and tuber yield:SF01 water-soluble microecological preparation,F01,F02 composite microecological preparation,D01 Bacillus subtilis biological preparation had the most significant difference in nitrogen accumulation.The treatment of SF03 water-soluble microecological preparation,F01,F02 composite microecological preparation and D01 Bacillus subtilis biological preparation had the most significant effect on tuber yield,which increased yield by 30.37%,40.46%,34.25%and 33.51%,respectively.According to the comprehensive test results,F01 compound microecological preparations showed the most significant performance,followed by F02 compound microecological preparation and D01 Bacillus subtilis preparation,which was recommended for local potato production,and it is recommended to apply proportional organic fertilizer to enhance the effect of bacterial fertilizer.In the soil testing and formula fertilization,the F01 and F02 composite microecological preparations were used in the potassium-deficient soil,and the F01 composite microecological preparation and the D05 giant Bacillus preparation were used in the phosphorus-deficient soil. |
