| Potato verticillium wilt,also known as called early death or early maturing disease,is a typical soil-borne and vascular bundle disease,which widely distributed in the world.Potato verticillium wilt is a systemic disease,causing the whole plant appeared symptom after infection.In recent years,potato verticillium wilt is widespread in the potato producing areas of northern China,and the losses is severe,which has a great impact on the potato industry.As a soil-borne disease of potato verticillium wilt,using traditional control methods is not effectively.We used broccoli as major material to test green manuring rotation and biofumifation role in potato verticillium wilt control,and also to explore the mechanism of broccoli suppress on potato verticillium by direct and indirect ways.In this study,broccoli extract effected on mycelial growth and spore germination of Verticillium dahliae,and broccoli rotation effects on rhizosphere soil microecology of crop and control effect ofbroccoli rotation on potato verticillium wilt.The results wete as follows:1.Broccoli extract could inhibit V.dahliae hyphae growth and spore germination;The inhibitory effects on hyphae growth were different in concertration treatments,and the concentration ratio 500 mg/mL treatment had greatest inhibition rate by 76.7%.The antibacterial effect of tissue extracts were different in broccoli parts,stem extract had highest inhibitory effect;The antibacterial effect of tissue extracts were also different in broccoli varieties;The inhibitory effect of broccoli extract on dahlia spore germination was up to 82.5%.2.Field experiments showed disease incidence rate decreased by 58.8%after broccoli rotation and smashing after adding soil;Potato production increased by 29.4%after field treatments.3.Broccoli rotation significantly reduced V.dahliae microsclerotia by 50.1%when compared with control ones.Planting broccoli can significantly reduce the number of microsclerotia in the soil.4.Broccoli rotation could regulate rhizosphere soil micro-ecology,The number of bacteria in soil increased significantly while the number of fiungi decreased after broccoli rotation when compared with control treatment;The activities of soil urease,sucrase,catalase and phosphatase were significantly improved;The amount of alkali nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium obviouly increased in soil,Soil organic matter content varies from region to region. |
