Development And Application Of Wheat Suspension Concentrate For Seed Treatment

Suspension concentrates for seed treatment(FS)is the most effective formulation for controlling underground pests and soil-borne diseases.In order to better control wheat diseases and insect pests to improve wheat yield,the following conclusions were drawn in this study through screening of insecticides,screening of fungicide,screening of auxiliaries,determination of properties,and field testing:The field activity and indoor safety test of 5 insecticides showed thiameth-oxam had better control effect on aphid in wheat and better safety on seed seedling stage.The indoor virulence of 10 fungicides to wheat take-all and sharp eyespot of wheat was determined by mycelium growth rate method,which sho-wed that wheat take-all was most sensitive to triticonazole(EC50=0.0944 mg/L)and sharp eyespot of wheat was most sensitive to Y13149(EC50=0.0340 mg/L).Through the safety test of fungicide,the results showed that pyraclostrobine had higher safety in wheat seed seedling stage.Through pyraclostrobin and metconazole compound and with pyraclostrobin and penconazole determination of indoor virulence and synergistic coefficient,the results showed that the pyraclostrobin:metconazole=8?4:1 and 1:8?1:10 wheat take-all and sharp eyespot of wheat of synergistic coefficients were greater than 1.5.The synergistic coefficients of pyraclostrobin:penconazole=10:1-4:1 on wheat take-all and sharp eyespot of wheat were both greater than 1.5,showing synergistic effect.Through comparison on additives indicated the test screening,to determine 10%thiamethoxam·pyraclostrobine·penconazole:7.5%thiamethoxam,2%pyraclostrobine,0.5%penconazole,2%NNO+2%LF-5040+1%L-64,1%bentonite+0.25%xanthan gum,5%Styrene-acrylic latex,3%rhodamine and 5%ethylene glycol,2%tributyl phosphate,titanium fertilizer 2%,surplus water make up 100%(as mass fraction).All indexes of 10%thiamethoxam·pyraclostrobine penconazolet accord FS with GB.The field test results of 10%thiamethoxam·pyraclostrobine penconazole FS showed that it was safe in wheat seed seedling stage,and there was no difference in the number of emergence of wheat seedlings,root length,secondary rooting number,fresh weight,leaf age ofmain stem,total tiller number,and large tiller number above three leaves.it can effectively control eyespot of wheat and wheat mites.
