Wheat scab is the most important biological disaster in wheat production in Anhui province,which seriously affects wheat yield and quality.The disease is mainly caused by Fusarium graminearum.Pydiflumetofen is a new type of pyridinamide fungicide with broad spectrum bactericidal effect.In order to determine its potential in the control of wheat scab and to explore a rapid and accurate method for the detection of wheat scab,In this paper,the susceptibility of Fusarium graminearum to Fusarium graminearum and the detection of Fusarium graminearum by recombinant polymerase chain reaction(RPA)were studied by using Fusarium graminearum strains collected from different areas of Anhui Province.The contents of the study are as follows:The sensitivity of Fusarium graminearum strains collected from different areas of Anhui Province to pydiflumetofen was studied.It was found that the EC50 value of mycelium growth of tested strains was 0.0144?g/L and 0.9826 ?g/mL,with an average value of 0.5202±0.0423 p.g/mL.Seven of the most sensitive strains were selected for repeated determination.The average EC50 was 0.1108 ?g/mL,as the sensitive baseline of Fusarium graminearum to APN.It was used to monitor the evolution of drug resistance in the field of Fusarium graminearum,which could be used to monitor the resistance of Fusarium graminearum to Fusarium graminearum.The effects of pydiflumetofen on the hyphae,sporulation and spore germination of Fusarium graminearum were studied.Conidia of Fusarium graminearum were treated with 0.1,0.4,1.6,6.4 and 25.6?g/ml pydiflumetofen,respectively.It was found that conidia of Fusarium graminearum could germinate in different concentrations of pydiflumetofen solution,and the conidia of Fusarium graminearum could germinate in different concentrations.However,the conidia treated with high concentration could be swollen and the sprouting tube of conidia expanded and twisted,which indicated that pydiflumetofen could not kill the conidia of Fusarium graminearum,but could reduce the germination rate of Fusarium graminearum,and the germination rate of Fusarium graminearum could be decreased.It is hypothesized that the drug can be passed through Teratogenicity reduced the ability of pathogenic bacteria to infect the host,so as to achieve the purpose of controlling wheat scab.The detection of Fusarium graminearum by RPA was studied.Specific primers were designed according to the trichothecene biosynthetic gene of Fusarium graminearum in wheat.The LFD-RPA detection system of Fusarium graminearum was established by combining the recombinant polymerase RPA technique with the LFD of the tropospheric analysis paper.The rapid and accurate identification of Fusarium graminearum.Can be obtained by this technique.The technique is rapid,specific and sensitive,and has a wide application prospect.
