Evaluation And Appraisal Of Different Rice Varieties For Disease Resistance In Southern Mountainous Area Of Anhui

Rice blast and rice smut are two major diseases that damage rice production in the mountainous areas of Anhui Province.Among the many methods for controlling rice diseases,the best effect and the most safe way is to cultivate resistant varieties.However,there are many types of pathogens,and there is obvious differentiation phenomenon.In the process of promotion,the cultivated disease-resistant varieties are likely to lose resistance.Therefore,when screening rice resistant varieties,it is necessary to effectively identify rice field resistance.For the validation of varieties,this paper selects the disease resistance of field disease for four consecutive years,and accurately evaluates the resistance of rice smut and rice blast resistance.The main results are as follows:(1)There were significant differences in rice blast resistance between early indica rice,middle japonica rice,late japonica rice,middle japonica rice and late japonica rice varieties,while the susceptible frequency of early japonica rice was the most obvious,and the resistance of late japonica rice to rice blast Sex is significantly higher than other varieties.Among the 10 selected rice varieties,the varieties resistant to rice blast were Xinyou 188 and Dangyu 10;the medium resistant varieties were II You 838,Jiaxing 8 and 1148;the susceptible variety was Xieyou 92.Zhu Qingzao,Jiaxing early.(2)When the rice varieties are different,the rice blast resistance of the rice is also different.The early rice,middle japonica rice,late japonica rice,middle japonica rice and late japonica rice have five significant rice cultivars in Jiaocun Town.The difference in disease resistance,the order of the five rice varieties from high to low is:late japonica>middle japonica>early japonica>middle japonica>late japonica rice.Relatively speaking,the sorghum type has better resistance to rice smut than the indica type.Among the 10 rice varieties,the varieties resistant to rice smut were Xinyou 188,Dangyu.10 and II You 838;the medium resistant variety was Jiaxing 8,1148,Tianxie.1,Dang 8,Xieyou 92,Zhuqingzao and Jiaxing early.
