Wucai(Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinensis var.rosularis Tsen et Lee.)is a variant of the non-heading cabbage of the genus Cruciferae,which is delicious and nutritious.With the improvement of living standards,people pay more and more attention to the nutrition of black vine.In this study,the chlorophyll of the two kinds of black buds was the parent,and the combination of complete double-column hybridization method was used to detect the agronomic traits,photosynthetic characteristics and quality traits of the offspring,which laid the foundation for future breeding work.The main findings are as follows:1.In the agronomic traits of parents and F1 generation,the plant height,maximum leaf length,maximum leaf width and weight per plant were significantly higher than that of the parents,showing a 12.58%-58.07%mid-parent advantage.There was no significant difference in the number of leaves and the weight per plant in the combination.2.The analysis of chlorophyll and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters showed that the chlorophyll content in the combination of positive and negative crossover did not have obvious heterosis.The content of total chlorophyll,chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b was significantly lower than that of high and negative hybrids.For the value parent,the photosynthesis of the test hybrid F1 was significantly higher than that of the parent in the minimum fluorescence,maximum fluorescence,and maximum variable fluorescence.However,in the maximum photochemical efficiency of PSII,there was no significant difference between the hybrids and the parents.3.The chloroplast observation showed that there was no significant difference in the number and morphology of chloroplasts in the combination of positive and negative crosses;the ultrastructure of chloroplasts in dark green plants showed a development of thylakoid membrane system,and the inner capsule and granule inner capsule were highly differentiated.The number of base particles is large and arranged neatly.However,the chloroplast structure of yellow-green plants is seriously deficient,without basal granules,and there are aggregated eosinophilic granules in chloroplasts,and significantly more than dark green parents and offspring.4.The content and distribution of nutrient quality in black carp showed that different nutrient qualities were different in the same kind of black cultivar.The order of nutrient quality from cellulose to cellulose,soluble protein,soluble total sugar,fructose and sucrose Vitamin C,in which the content of cellulose,soluble protein and soluble total sugar is rich,the content of soluble protein exceeds 20 mg/g,and the content of cellulose exceeds 40 mg/g;analysis of nutritional quality content of different parts of leaves shows that different leaves The content of nutrient quality is high or low,and the content of soluble total sugar,sucrose and fructose from the inner leaves to the outer leaves gradually increases.Soluble protein and cellulose content increased first and then decreased.Vitamin C content is gradually reduced.5.In the genetic analysis of the nutritional quality of the dark green and yellow-green hybrid progeny,the hybrid progeny showed some heterosis in the three nutritional qualities of soluble total sugar,cellulose and soluble protein,and the quality of the reciprocal cross was higher than that of the parents.Value,but the sucrose,fructose,and vitamin C levels showed significant heterosis.In addition,the nutritional quality content has a certain difference in the reciprocal cross combination.
