With the increasing tension of water resources and energy resources in the world,the use of water-saving and energy-saving methods in irrigation has gradually become the general trend of the development of irrigation technology in the world,and the promotion of high-efficiency water-saving irrigation technology has become an inevitable choice for the development of the times.Sprinkler irrigation is one of the most widely used water-saving irrigation technologies in the world.Developing sprinkler irrigation technology can not only alleviate the water crisis in China,but also improve the utilization rate of agricultural water to a certain extent.Sprinkler irrigation uniformity is an important index to measure the quality of sprinkler irrigation.There are many methods to calculate the uniformity of sprinkler irrigation system.At present,single sprinkler is often used to calculate the water distribution data by superposition method.In order to provide a more accurate and reliable basis for water superposition calculation,the radial arrangement method of rain gauge cylinder is used to measure the water distribution data of six different types of sprinklers.According to the characteristics of water distribution of each sprinkler,continuous polynomial function and piecewise function are used to fit the water distribution of single sprinkler head,and the uniformity of sprinkler irrigation system is calculated by adding formula after water superposition.The results show:(1)The water distribution patterns of different types and nozzles are different,but the water distribution of single nozzles can be divided into single peak,double peak,descending and gentle type according to the overall shape.(2)Nonlinear regression analysis is used to fit the water distribution of single nozzles.The continuous polynomial function and the piecewise function are generally used to fit the nozzle.When the water quantity data is complex and variable,the fitting of the water quantity distribution needs to adopt the piecewise fitting to improve the fitting precision and effect.(3)When the continuous nozzle function and the piecewise function are used to fit the water distribution of the same nozzle,the continuous polynomial fitting is preferred when the accuracy of the two results is not much different.(4)Before performing the uniformity calculation,it is necessary to determine the number of nozzles that contribute to the typical area.Different arrangements and arrangement spacings may be used,and the number of nozzles contributing to the typical area may be different.(5)Using the combined spray irrigation uniformity method based on function fitting to calculate the sprinkling uniformity of six different nozzles under different spacings and using the equilateral triangle combination method,the calculation results are the same as the same kind of the same kind of combination spacing.Comparing the interpolation function and the distance interpolation function,the calculation results of the combined sprinkler uniformity calculated by these three methods are basically the same.Although there are differences,the difference is small,and the accuracy of the method based on function fitting to calculate sprinkler uniformity is verified.Sex and feasibility.In this paper,the function method is used to fit the water distribution of single nozzle,which provides a convenient superposition basis for uniformity calculation.Next,the uniformity calculation point,sprinkler distance formula and water distribution function can be combined in a more convenient way to do further research.
